There are times I really love my work schedule. Instead of 8-hour days M-F, I work an extra hour Monday through Thursday and alternate between an 8 hour day and a day off on Fridays. This week is my Friday off. No vacation time needed.
I used to have that, but someone else didn't respect it and grifted days together, etc. so now we're not allowed nice things.
