Hmmm, never seen the finish come off like that, but unfortunately we no longer offer that case, but we have an all new model which is much more resilient for the 7 Plus

Hopefully they get you taken care of. My 6S plus case had the famous crack by camera and i was told to kick rocks because it was a few weeks past whatever warranty they have when it was a evident manufacturing defect.
