I hate to say this, but I think you guys and gals got this all wrong.
The OP asked for a logo for Legal Video Services... any graphic designer worth his salt would immediately know that you can't put a great logo on an ugly name. Lipstick on a pig and all that.
You've got to let the customer know that they should take this opportunity to look at the complete brand including the name. It may be that the name goes through a 2 to 5 stage name change e.g.
Legal Video Services (logo)
Legal Video (new logo)
Legal Video Engineers
Legal Origin Video Engineers (Logo)
Then finally the acronym. (Logo)
You see now the dude thinks you're looking out for his best interests but what you've really done is turned 1 job into 5.
On a more serious note I think the name isn't going to be one that sticks, so shorten it or make it really long,
So can we have some new takes on a name and then the graphic to go with it please.
I don't think the guy ever said he ain't paying and wanted it for free.
Loved the work so far. Names you'd remember.

Probably another good reason to change the name is there is an older business doing the same thing with the same name. www.legalvideoservices.com
No point branding something that you may have to give up. And of course if you ain't worried then you could just copy their logo as well.... it's cheaper.
