Walked into an Apple Store to buy either a blue leather loop or milanese... walked out empty handed and three Apple employees were ordering this band on Amazon. The leather loop is nice but I like the vibrant blue of this band... just wasn't worth the $150 to me.

I can't help but think that almost every band looks great on the SG watch.

I recently looked in one of those stores that sells accessories for $10 (watches, scarves, purses, etc.), and found several watches with bands that would go great with the SG watch. Was tempted to pick up a few, but I have so many now I've already lost count!

It took about a week or so (maybe 10 days at most?) for the lugs to arrive -- the original estimate was for like 3 weeks, but they came quite a bit quicker than that.

Either you got lucky or I got unlucky lol

Sadly it's been 1 month & the tracking still shows "acceptance" only still, same status as day 1. I emailed seller last week & they replied saying "if not received in 5 more days reply & I will resend" well 5 days later I email again, this time there response was "plz wait 5 more days" lol just gave my 1st negative review since 2004.

I actually wanted to get a Monowear black stainless steel band for my sport, but they were sold out, so I went with this one, and am actually super happy. This is one of the only 3rd party bands besides Monowear that has the nicer looking adapters without the big gap that I have found. Plus it is less than half the price and was prime. For the money (like $53), it is definitely worth it!

I contacted Pomarks requesting an additional link for their black link band that I got on amazon, and they offered to send me one at no charge (very nice), and they offered to send me a sample of another band they were working on as long as I reviewed it here. It's a polished stainless steel band with gold tone accents. It came with stainless steel lugs, and they actually feel better built than the space black ones on the black band.

If I had a standard aluminum sport or stainless steel watch I think it would look seriously nice. It looks a little strange on the SG, but that's to be expected. The quality of the build surprised me. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.

cheapo bands from local watch store, took me quite a while to get the shade of orange that i like. Also thin enough for my tiny wrist. Most of the silicon rubber bands on the market are quite thick for my taste :(.

cheapo black buckle from ebay to match the space gray. SS buckle just look terrible on this watch :(

Adapters from Ebay as well. its a hit and miss. This one is a perfect fit, flush with the body comparing to most of the adapters you can see on this thread which kind off pop out of the face a bit.

ok so I don't post often, and I am super anal about things matching and furthermore I am one that will gladly spend more money if it means I never have to worry about quality. with that said I was waiting for a metal link that wouldn't piss me off because I just had to return it. I took a chance on this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZOR2GTC?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=od_aui_detailpages00

let me say that I feel my watch is of a whole new caliber now. So detail, it comes saying hoco on the band and in the hoco box. says "series 3 limited" or something to that affect. Sorry I'm not posting pictures I'm lazy, I'll give some details though.

the color matches perfectly ALTHOUGH there is a shiny finish instead of a matte finish but the color is 98% perfect (if it was matte finish you wouldn't be able to tell, yet it isn't fully "stainless steel shiny"), hope that makes sense.

the adaptors, well they are about perfect too. The gap between band and watch is minimal and the gaps between the adaptors and watch is near apple fit if not slightly tighter.

the clasp thing, thing that is what it is called, is very nice and sturdy, folds up really shallow to the wrist, near same depth of the links.

my wife, who thinks all this apple watch stuff is "silly", said that it looks like a "really nice dress watch" as in suit type watch. don't know a lot about watches as the Marines didn't really want us wearing "time pieces" in uniform so I never had one but I know about suits and dressing nice and this would make the watch fit in perfectly. I have a clockwork synergy leather strap witch is also very nice, but it doesn't feel classy/dressy/business like this does. I am still waiting on my click adaptors and straps (like 5 total i think lol) so I didn't want to buy anything expensive. This is perfect and is even on prime!

EDIT: BTW with all the good i forgot the one bad. the tool they sent was missing the punch part that actually pushes out the pins. i rigged up the tool they sent to work though and was done in 15 min

Less than 48-hours with the black leather loop and I must say I really like it. Very comfortable and attractive. I've already worn it with shorts and a polo and a suit & tie. I like how versatile it is.

Feeling a bit simple and blue this Sunday afternoon.
