Thanks for those pics. I think it looks great.

Are the rugged armour and tough armour basically the same case except that one comes with a built in screen protector and one doesn't?

The way I understand it, they're basically the same, except Tough Armor is 1/2 hard case front, 1/2 soft TPU back, with screen protector built in. Rugged Armor is soft TPU with no screen protector.

After further research, it appears that it's one piece hard/soft design and you would have to slide the watch case in through the opening on the soft side.

Therefore, it probably would scratch the aluminum if you get even one grain of sand in it. I don't like any hard cases that require sliding action anymore after scratching up my iPhone 4 with the otterbox reflex case.

Uh oh, fashion police! Woo woo woo!!

It's weird, the tone of your post makes it seems like being knowledgable about fashion is a bad thing, but that makes absolutely no sense to me so I guess color me confused.

Oh that's interesting. Thank you for the insight. I would not have known that the hard case could cause scratches with dirt in there.

Maybe it would just be better to stick with the rugged armour if using it with the sport gray.

Yea this is disappointing. I really liked the orange one too. But it's ok since I only plan on using a bumper for mountain biking, hiking, etc.

I doubt the tough armor will scratch the sport. I ordered one and it should be here today, it looks extremely tough and similar to that of their tough armor cases for the iphone. I use the tough armor on my iphone 6 plus and haven't had any scratch issues at all so I wouldn't think any would occur on the watch either.

But tough armor for iPhone has a rubber layer touching the aluminum instead of the plastic. I could be wrong, but the watch case appears to be hard plastic touching aluminum directly and thus if you get dirt on it at all, it could scratch the case. Please post pics once you have it. I'll be very happy to be wrong :)

I got the rugged armor today. Seems to just be the rubber part you show there. Gives good coverage. Just wish it would completely cover the outside of the crown.

I ordered the White and the Black Tough Armor along with the Silver Slim Armor through Amazon but they haven't arrive.
The thing that has been in the back of my head is that after a while TPU tends to sag so makes me wonder if this cases will, since as the OP said in the beginning, they are not as snugged. Which honestly I sort of wished they were, but there again one doesn't know how that would affect the watch abilities as a whole. Anyways, I can't wait to get mine and once my Watch arrives, I can if by then the cases are here by then as well see how they fit and I can also contribute to this post. :) Can't wait to see what you all continue to share in the mean time.

Nice! I'm returning rugged armor, and I'm very happy to be wrong about the tough armor. So the plastic part snaps into the rubber and you don't have to slide the watch against the plastic? It looks that way, but I just wanted to be sure.

Does the plastic part securely straps into rubber?

Also, as others have said, please post pics with it on the watch and let us know if HR sensor still works properly. I just ordered an orange one.

I really like the look of that case. I think it is because I like to wear g shocks and that definitely gives it a shock vibe.

I will probably go with the orange one. I can't get that until may 22nd but it doesn't matter because my watch won't be here until june.
