Got this splash screen on both my iPhone and iPad this morning. Did update to the latest beta yesterday. Of course there is no iOS 12 GM update and iOS 12 is still in beta.

I had that pop up issue when I went on the beta. I downgraded back to the current version of iOS 11 and am going to wait things out until the real release.

The worst thing about this bug is that you keep checking the update splash to see if it is the update to fix the update splash.
