Strongly Debating trading the 8plus for the X

You can’t take those threads seriously. There are haters of everything in MacRumors Forums... or actually any discussion forums on the internet.

It seems like hating is becoming the in thing.
The X isn’t perfect but damn is it nice

I had the 8+ originally and I exchanged it for the X. My biggest concern was how well Face ID would work considering how easy and consistent Touch ID was. I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and consistently Face ID works for me. I am used to the swiping motions at this point, though some could use some optimization. There are only two things I really find annoying at this point are apps that haven't been updated to take advantage of the entire screen and dealing with videos and the X's aspect ratio.

I am very happy with the X!
