You'd be better posting in the Swirlyspace forum, they are very pro-active in helping people with problems.
I read this whole thread and was wondering if the SwirlyMMs work with T-mobile, everyone say's basically there having problem's with AT&T but how about the T-mobile network.I just installed Swirlymms and starting to research the configuration now,any shortcut's would be appreciated.

with my AT&T plan, is this going to be free if send/receive MMS? my wife also has an Iphone but not jailbroken so obviously no swirlymms, what's going to happen if I send her MMS? is she going to get it via default iphone SMS?

obviously its not going to be free. swirly is just software to enable mms on your phone. it doesnt give you free service.
and if your wife doesn't have swirly, then she'll receive an html link in sms and have to view the image on the web.
that's a very good question whether or not it can work with T-mobile. let us know if you do get it to work.
as for shortcuts. I'm not sure what you mean. If you google/macrumors forums/youtube swirly mms configurations, you will get practically every configuration for nearly every carrier.
I talked to a T-Mobile tech. today about my internet problem I was having with Edge,which he totally fixed(helped me fix) so now I have it(internet).I asked about the SwirlyMMs and it can be done with T-Mobile with a certain code put in to a limited amount of MMs's before they charge you,unless you have unlimited text,then your good.I will find out and post a.s.a.p. if it work's!
I can no longer hook up to Itune's anymore with my unlocked Iphone,so that's the only way I can put my son's photo's on my phone.

I have a jailbroken phone on At&t and my sister has one for T-mobile. I installed swirly in both phones, but unfortunately only hers on T-mobile works
she is able to send and receive pictures.

I went to The Swirly mms site,but in the T-Mobile code and I have been sending MMS's all day. I do have unlimited text,you should check your's first.
