That totally sucks. Mine was definitely pushed back even though my app still says delivery on the 16th. The reps couldn’t give me a clear shipping date but that it’s definitely not showing up on the 16th.
How do you know it got pushed back?
 
I called T-Mobile to ask why I hadn’t been charged or received a tracking number and they gave me the news.
Hopefully thats a mix up, because thats my phone and it still shows 9/17 on the website while other colors show the 23rd or 10/7

Hopefully u still get it. Mine were charged but they can’t see any tracking info or anything they just keep telling me the phone isn’t out yet and that it says shipping is the 16th. The app says shipping the 15 but no other info

Weird. Fix the website then. I reached out to tforce on twitter. We'll see what they say about my order. I submitted mine before the debacle at 455 AM PDT.

Agreed - you’d think that it would be pretty easy to keep an accurate track of stock when compared to the orders that are coming through, even when busy.
 
I’m still waiting for them to try to run my card today. They tried yesterday at 9:30am. There weren’t enough funds so I fixed that, called in, updated the card, and they have not tried again yet. I’m getting nervous.
Does your order still show "on hold" after you updated payment? Mine keeps saying on hold on the website but when I asked them they say there's no problem with it

I got the charge finally. I’m waiting for the system to update. My shipping shows this, however…

yeah that's what I see on the app for both phones, when I click on it it never loads. On the webpage it says on hold
That’s similar for me. I’ve not been told anything different than launch day delivery though. It still shows on hold for me. But I’m wondering if tomorrow it’ll show something different. I feel like it may update each day.
 
anyone who has picked up your iPhone at an ups store, not a CC hub has your package been delayed an extra day due to that?

That's been the case with ALL of my previous iPhone orders, and I've been doing these since the 6s Plus. Only one I missed was the 8's and the X because I transitioned to the dark side for a little bit.

So here's a funny thing... on my EIPJOD page, it's showing my 14 PM lease as Completed. Pretty sure that was meant to be assigned to my 13. WHOOPS.

I’d like to think that’s the case here but I haven’t been charged and still no sign of tracking in UPS mychoice.

I haven’t seen anyone report any tracking or charges with a 128 GB 14 pro in space black but I’ll keep my fingers crossed for sure.
 
I didn't order from T-Mobile, but I did take advantage of the $1,000 trade-in credit that T-Mobile is offering when ordering through Apple. I'm really hoping that my credits from last year's promo (2021 Apple Retail Trade P3) don't disappear when this one starts up.

You won’t see something for a little bit.

Generally I didn’t see stuff appearing until about Wednesday or even Thursday.

It’s rare that they don’t deliver by the date they quote.

Also fun fact: you can tap on “Not Authorized” under Shipment Release and pre-approve the package if you’ll be at work like me

Now just gotta wait for Friday to get here!
 
Pre-ordered 14 Pro Max Silver 256gigs Friday @ 8:30am.

My t-mobile app shows 9/15 Delivery. My card has not been charged, and there is nothing shown on the UPS app in terms of label created.

If I go to the check order status part of the T-Mobile website, I see a date of September 16th, but it also says “You have backordered items”.
