Has anyone with a release date of 9/17-9/22 been charged yet? And I’m wondering if there is any chance of getting it on release day. T-Mobile website says ships by 9/17/9/22 but my T-Mobile app says ships by 9/16-9-21. I ordered gold iPhone 14 pro max 128gb. I couldn’t order till Saturday,so missed the 16th release day.
 
Hi all! I ordered the 14 Pro in Silver… I’m in the Netherlands but ordered through T-Mobile. Where are you guys finding your estimated ship date? It’s possible that my account looks different, but I’m not seeing anything.

My card was charged right away but that’s typical here.

My iPhone 14 Pro 128 GB in Deep Purple has a tracking number now but my wife’s Space Black (same specs) doesn’t have one yet. I’m sure it will happen tomorrow sometime hopefully. It still says 9/16 delivery for her phone so I’m not too worried.
When you say have a tracking number you mean through UPS MyChoice, not on the T-Mobile site, right? Mine’s not getting shipped to my address so I can’t check via MyChoice.

Hey, I ordered the same phone as your wife and someone on this thread as well. It looks like the Space Black models have had no moment in regards to being charged or preparing to ship. My guess is that they haven't processed that batch yet. We should see movement sometime this week.

Just happened to check this morning and found the only 256 silver in stock for release day in the entire DFW area. It’s a 30 minute drive away (did Saturday pickup) but better than waiting til end of October.

You’re lucky. There’s nothing in central florida at all. There never has been. The closest location for pickup for any 14 pro models is 160 miles away and it’s just the pro. Not the max. I’ve been checking from the beginning. It has always just said, “nothing available at the 12 nearest stores.” Lol

Got my tracking number in the UPS app. Says scheduled for Friday delivery, so that'll be nice. 14 Pro Deep Purple.

Ordered around 8:30am est 9/9/22 via the Sprint/T-Mo app.

I hope UPS doesn’t screw up! Last year had it out for delivery on launch day. Literally truck was in my neighborhood and boom, rescheduled for Monday!!

Was so furious! I went and actually found one that night at a local TMO, and Murphy’s law, the ordered one shows up Sat AM grrrr

So you know how I was trying to cancel with the TMobile because I wanted to go through Apple. They couldn't do it on the weekend because the dept that handles doesn't work sunday. Today they called me back and said they couldn't cancel the orders because they are already in the warehouse ready to ship. It is too late to cancel, but I can reject the shipment.

I got charged for 1 phone and 2 phones I haven't been charged yet. So that's some good news. I ordered around 6PMish on Friday after work.
 
Pre-ordered 14 Pro Max Silver 256gigs Friday @ 8:30am.

My t-mobile app shows 9/15 Delivery. My card has not been charged, and there is nothing shown on the UPS app in terms of label created.

If I go to the check order status part of the T-Mobile website, I see a date of September 16th, but it also says “You have backordered items”.

Does that look like I won't be getting mine on release date?
 
I’m still waiting for them to try to run my card today. They tried yesterday at 9:30am. There weren’t enough funds so I fixed that, called in, updated the card, and they have not tried again yet. I’m getting nervous.

I used to do this, but seems I can't this year. They may have changed policies.

Now are you trying this on their website? Though my choice on desktop or on mobile because on the mobile app, it will not let you do it. It has to be done by calling in or through desktop website. normally but I can't log into the website they're trying to fix

it's based on the names of people at the address and your address if they match your profile it will link the tracking number to your account.

I'm wondering if I will see my phones on Friday after all.
I have a TMO business account and don't have the same visibility as "regular" customers do...for whatever reason.
I ordered on the phone with my rep, and she told me that the phones will "ship" UPS 2-day on the 16th, and I should see them around Tuesday the 21st. Which is fine.
But I see your confirmation saying it was shipped 2-day and will be arriving on the 16th.
I don't have any sort of tracking info or anything...so I suppose I'll just be surprised if they show up on Friday? Lol.
