After cancelling my original order with Apple (Oct 17th) and a second one with T-Mobile, I just scored an iPhone 14 Pro Max GOLD 256GB for launch day pickup :) Stock changes almost with the minute so you have to be patient and be fast as stock don't last more than 2 or 3 mins. It took me around 1 hour of refreshing until one like the one I got was available.

Do any of you know if Best Buy chargers taxes on the full price of the iPhone like T-mobile or do they tax you for the cost of the phone minus the trade-in cost? I got $700 trade-in for my Pro 13 - 128gb from BB and $600 from Apple so I'm trying to figure out if the BB trade-in is actually a better deal.

check UPS as you may have a tracking number. Got mine about 20 min ago and it’s sitting in Indiana for the week

Best Buy’s tax was based off cost minus trade in so my tax was around $23.

How did you get in store pickup? I tried ordering through the apple.com Website and I'm getting "Store Pickup Unavailable"
There just so happened to be a new opening at my local store with the color/storage that I wanted. You can check periodically to see if a new opening becomes available near you. There’s also a better chance after the phones are released on the 16th.

Just got charged. I have every confidence I’ll get my phone launch day. I always do. And it’s yet exciting to see that charge come through. Especially after the hell that was TMo Friday morning. :(

Oh, ok. Thanks! In the past, I ordered two or three months after launch.

I ordered mine on 9/9 through the app. Clean purchase since I didn't have a trade-in.
Finalized the pre-order and got confirmation at 7:56 am.
iPhone 14 Pro - Space Black - 128GB.
The T-mobile app as of right now says "Your order is being processed".
No Charge as of yet.

How does the Apple T-Mobile trade in work?

Im on Magenta Max and have a 13 Pro Max

If I want to do the trade in and upgrade to a 14 Pro Max, Apple gives me $705 instant credit and T-Mobile gives me $295 in promotion credits over 24 months (for a total $1000 off)

At the end page, it says I will be paying $4.13 a month for 24 months (makes sense because its a $1100 phone).

This $4.13 a month going to be on my T-Mobile bill right? And if I decided to upgrade next year, I can just pay off the remaining balance on T-Mobile and I would still receive the remaining promotion credits right? Because thats how it works on T-Mobile phone right now, I had a iPhone 12 Mini with 3 months left of EIP + a Promotion, and I just paid off the EIP and the Promotion credits are going to continue for the remaining 3 months. Im wondering if its the same with Apple

Any help would be great. Thanks

Yes, it’ll be exactly the way you described. When buying through Apple and financing with T-Mobile, it’ll show up on your T-Mobile bill. It’ll be like any other T-Mobile financed phone with the exception of how your trade-in credit is applied. Pay off early and your credits will continue.

I know in the past you could look for your t-mobile order with my cell phone number as a reference number on UPS. does that still work to find tracking number
