does anyone else have the problem with UPS my choice where they can log in on iPhone app but not on desktop or browser? and how to fix it LASSO_1015
 
So if my CC hasn’t been charged yet does that mean I won’t get my phone on launch day or do they not charge till it’s been shipped?

Last year people were charged through Thursday and still got it. It probably is dependent on which batch your phone is in.

Gotcha. I checked on my t-mo app and it says ships on launch day, but didn’t know if that was true since I wasn’t able to pre-order till late that evening.

I ordered Friday around 6pm and I got charged and ship date is 9/15 as of now.

But I am trying to cancel it and trying to order through apple due to the what the credits are applied. I don’t mind getting it a few weeks late. But when I called them they couldn’t cancel it. Said they would call back Monday because a different department may need to do it since the normal customer care couldn’t. We will see.
 
Has anyone canceled through TMobile and bought via apple? I tried to test it out but my Bill Amount shows $185 but I currently pay $150 because I have a free line promotion. I am wondering if it’s a just calculating $185 due to the three lines and not actually looking at my promotion or it is charging me for it and will update the account?
 
I went Into a t-mobile store to try and cancel my order i placed this morning and the lady told me she can’t cancel the order because I ordered it over the phone.
I just called t-mobile to try and cancel my order over the phone and got the run around from the women said I had to wait 24hrs after placing the order to cancel the order anyone know if this is true or am I being given the run around.

I ended up ordering my iPhone 14 pro max 256GB with BestBuy a hour ago and they gave me a instant trade in for $600.00 so only cost me $649.00 out right no monthly payments for phone. and because I have bestbuy total tech I get free apple care+. And they still had instore pick up for 9/16.
How would the trade in work if T-Mobile didn’t cancel and you still got it from Best Buy? Would you just return the T-Mobile one? Wouldn’t it mess up the system saying you got two trade in promotion on the same line if both the orders go through?

I did this. You can ignore that monthly plan total quoted by Apple, it doesn’t factor any discounts you have. The only amount that will stay the same is the new monthly phone price.

Really?.. When did you get charged? I ordered 5pm est.

Thank you so much. I am just waiting till tomorrow to make sure T-Mobile cancels my orders and then I’ll order through apple.

99% sure it will update to say delivery on Friday. I’ve had it where it didn’t update and charge me till the day before, in the past. 😬

Now I have the tracking info for mine but since I can’t login into my choice on desktop I can’t find the CC center option to choose the pick up two and only shows regular ups stores?
 
I ordered 2 phones, one was charged no problem the other one I think they wrote down the payment info wrong and I got an email to call them. Talked to them this morning and gave them the card number again and it was charged already but it still says on hold? Does this take a while to update?

I messed up a credit card order a couple years ago and mine said it was on hold I believe until about Wednesday,then it updated fine. I was able to get it on release date.

Ok good. Its been a mess trying to fix it. The rep I talked to kept getting the name and CC number wrong. Everything I asked she just kept saying I don't know lol. Had a feeling I had to call again and of course the new rep told me she hadn't updated the card or anything so she got my info again and then it was charged but wasn't sure since there has been no change on the website

I’m having a similar issue. I spoke to soon earlier. I had to call to update the card and no charge has come through since. I’m just confused when they will try to charge it again. Bank said t-mobile only tried once and never again after the first failed attempt. I just want to know if they try again the following day or what.

I would call and make sure they did update it. After my first call I kept checking and nothing. When the second rep updated it they charged it immediately
 
My iPhone 14 Pro 128 GB in Deep Purple has a tracking number now but my wife’s Space Black (same specs) doesn’t have one yet. I’m sure it will happen tomorrow sometime hopefully. It still says 9/16 delivery for her phone so I’m not too worried.
