Still no tracking number on my choice. Twitter doesn’t have one. Anyone else?

What’s weird is that I ordered at 455 am pdt before the system crash. I should have been in the first group. Ordered pro space black 128gb

Right?! Shoot last year UPS dropped the ball … truck was in my neighborhood at like 6:45pm, and boom, got an email saying rescheduled for Mon!! Was so pissed; marched down to local TMO store and was able to grab one. Course next morning (Sat) it showed up, and I promptly returned it lol

Damn! That really sucks! Hopefully this year you won’t experience that! I am also amazed that you found a iPhone @ the T-Mobile store on launch day!

Yeah, check that. They usually populate under that section right before they ship out. That is another way to verify that a phone has been officially assigned to you.

I havent been able to check if any new imei been assigned it just keeps spinning on that page and never loads t-mobile site sucks

Pull up T-Mobile app//Select Bill @ bottom of screen//scroll all the way down to “View Device Payment Plans”

You should be able to view your current leases. You new iPhone should be populated in this section with the IMEI number if it had been assigned to you

Picking up the phone from UPS hub now cost $6 😐

I guess 6 bucks is much better than waiting forever for UPS to deliver the new phone.

It's typically an indication the device is ready and about to be shipped. As I have a quoted date of launch day delivery, the card being charged means I should be clear for launch day.

In the past, yes. Should show movement sometime on Thursday at UPS with a next day delivery for free. I’ve never paid for the expedited shipping, and they always do the preorders next day delivery, from my experience.

Probably won’t see shipped until tomorrow. Sometimes mine has shipped the evening before.

I’m a little concerned with T-Mobile‘s eSIM system and how it might be on Friday. I’m transferring from phone to phone and won’t have to deal with their website, but I bet anything that the eSIM system online is going to be a mess. If Friday’s cluster was any indicator. 🤞🏼 Good luck to all!

Congrats! My experience is they underpromise with the weekend dates, but over deliver and push as many phones as they can at launch

tracking number but no shipped email no text no IMEI where would I find the IMEI for EIP?

Twitter said no tracking number yet for me. We'll see if I get it Friday at this point.

I chatted with @TMobileHelp and was told no tracking cause it wasn’t shipped yet. But they also said that it should ship on the 16th.

With UPS My Choice it is I believe.
