My UPS my choice is locked out so I can’t do it online but when I called in to have them do it UPS told me the sender T-Mobile restricted this option if you’re able to do it let me know
Hmm. At this point I’d say call them and order or just visit a TMO store Friday morning (last few years they’ve had pretty good stock)
I keep checking there and even on a regular browser it won’t load for me. I did just get the email from T-Mobile that everything has successfully processed at around 8:15 tonight.
Probably T-mobile as Apple usually goes to Louisville, then to the final destination.

once it scans in it will still say Louisville KY mine did this last year.
I think we all are in this situation… Label Created and that’s it. Mines been like that since Sunday @ 10:45p … hopefully it just populates tomorrow … my concern is that it was shipped 2 day Air…
Mine says that too but the twitter rep assured me both are coming Friday. One doesn't have tracking number yet and in the order tracking page it still says "on hold" lol. She said both are getting ready to be shipped so hopefully that's true
Same here. Labels popped up in ups. Haven’t ordered a launch day phone in a while. Forgot how exciting it is to sleuth over these little details even though I’m pretty confident it’s showing up Friday 😂
Its kind of addicting 😂. T-Mobile definitely had made it more interesting. I switched from Verizon recently and never had to investigate so much with them lol
I remember when the preorders went live at 3am on the west coast and the system would crash and I’d be up all morning, mostly posting here or somewhere else with the rest of the obsessed 😂. Nothing beats lining up for 12 hours for the iPhone 4 though.
I remember lining up on Michigan Avenue in Chicago the line went around the block several times Apple went out and bought everybody hamburgers that were in line wow that seems like forever
