Dang lol. I got my order number in at 1:17p. Card was charged on Sunday, and I’m still Order Processing

128GB Pro Max Deep Purple.

I’m guessing I’ll see movement later today since it took until Sunday to charge my card

I had the same time for the card charge and I ordered at 7:45 am ET and my order is still in the label has been made status.
 
My girlfriend ordered the max 128 purple on Friday around 4pm in the afternoon, a few hours after my order. Her phone shipped today for tomorrow, and I haven’t received any notification 🥹. I love T-Mobile! It seems orders aren’t organized according to first come first serve? Makes me angry.
 
I got an origin scan about 45 minutes ago in Louisville, KY with a delivery date of tomorrow. T-Mobile app still says processing but UPS My Choice showed tracking and a label created on Sunday. I was just charged yesterday.

Same here in D.C. - No movement at all yet, but I'm sure they're moving things along.
I normally order directly through Apple, so it seems easier to track. This is my first time with T-Mobile. I’m a newbie.

I ordered three phones.

2 Black iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB
1 Gold iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB

All three were ordered via the mobile app at around 6PM Friday evening.

All three got the original scan in KY around 10AM this morning and are scheduled to be delivered tomorrow by 7PM!

So excited!!
 
This was my first time with the new pre-order system since the iPhone 5 (coming back from Android)
Well, this is all part of the excitement. Hopefully in the next couple of days a lot of us will be really happy with our new devices.
 
will be calling my local T-Mobile store to see if they know how many iPhone PM they are getting tomorrow. Mine isn’t coming from Apple til Oct 10-17
 
My phones scanned in KY and just got the tracking number emails from T-Mobile. Pre-ordered on the TMo site around 8:30AM Friday. Good luck everyone.

ANYONE ENCOUNTERED THIS WEIRD ISSUE WITH T-MOBILE?
9/9 - Ordered 14 Pro Max from T-Mobile.com. Showed delivery 9/16
9/11 6:30pm - Received SMS from T-Mobile saying problems with my credit card, call ASAP
9/11 6:31pm - Received SMS from USAA asking if the recent charges are actually me. I replied "Y" and they said no further action needed.
9/11 6:40pm - Called T-Mobile. They asked for all my CC info again. Said everything is fine
9/15 9:00am - Order status still shows billing issue, "Order kept on hold". No authorization on my card. T-Mobile person says there appears to be nothing wrong and don't know why my side shows billing issues or hold since they don't see that on their side. They see "Phone Backordered". They said now phones are shipping mid October. Said if I don't have it by October 15 to call back.

Ugh! Me personally I’d cancel and visit a TMO store at 8am tomorrow (last few years the store had good stock on hand) … for example, I ended up getting one at my store at 7pm Fri (and it was a 256 Pro)

Yes, they don't seem to charge immediately though after you call them to update billing info. Then again there is no consistency with T-Mobile. Mine got charged again 24hrs after the initial card issue.
