ANYONE ENCOUNTERED THIS WEIRD ISSUE WITH T-MOBILE?
9/9 - Ordered 14 Pro Max from T-Mobile.com. Showed delivery 9/16
9/11 6:30pm - Received SMS from T-Mobile saying problems with my credit card, call ASAP
9/11 6:31pm - Received SMS from USAA asking if the recent charges are actually me. I replied "Y" and they said no further action needed.
9/11 6:40pm - Called T-Mobile. They asked for all my CC info again. Said everything is fine
9/15 9:00am - Order status still shows billing issue, "Order kept on hold". No authorization on my card. T-Mobile person says there appears to be nothing wrong and don't know why my side shows billing issues or hold since they don't see that on their side. They see "Phone Backordered". They said now phones are shipping mid October. Said if I don't have it by October 15 to call back.
If you want one earlier I'd try going to the store (apple or t-mobile) tomorrow morning if possible and see if they have enough stock then cancel the order.
 
Do you guys with UPS origin scans have any change in status in the T-Mobile app/website? Mine still says “Order Processing” on T-Mobile, and can’t access My Choice to see if it’s been shipped.
 
Update for all my Pro 128 Space Black people. I finally got charged so, be on the lookout!

Also got charged for my wife’s 14 Pro 128 GB in Space Black about an hour and a half ago!

Hey, so I am quoting you 3 since we all got charged around the same time. Do you have an origin scan? MyChoice has not been updated yet - it still shows the label is the only thing created. Just curious if any of you have an update.

I did. Just got an origin scan about 2-3 hours ago.

On the App, it says "Your order has shipped" and there is a button to "Track shipment" on it. And when we click it, it shows the recent activity and says "Est. delivery date Friday September 16" And gives the tracking number and the latest activity which includes Label created and Original Scan, same as UPS.

My t-mobile app just updated (maybe in the last hour) that says “Your order has shipped” with a link to tracking.

I had that issue. First rep I talked to said she updated payment but she kept messing up the numbers and name so I had a feeling I had to call again. Second rep told me she hadn’t updated payment so she went ahead and fixed it and I got the charge. That phone still has no tracking, on T-Mobile it still said on hold until yesterday and now says expected to be delivered Friday. On twitter they tell me both phones are ready to be shipped and will be here tomorrow. The one that has tracking still says back ordered on their website
 
ugh still no origin scan and its 1:26pm EST..I'm starting to question that it will be delivered tomorrow.
 
My UPS my choice is locked out so I can’t do it online but when I called in to have them do it UPS told me the sender T-Mobile restricted this option if you’re able to do it let me know
I was able to. But that doesn't mean it will work. I do have My Choice (the paid version), however.

Edited to add: Mine is on the way. It is actually moving. :)
 
I feel like i'm one of the only boneheads to actually pay for overnight shipping, but yet in the last wave of people to actually get tracking and movement. Not to self, never pay for overnight on pre-order!

Yeah. I didn't pay for overnight shipping, and mine is on its way now. Hope you see some movement soon!
 
Got the order payment was processed email and I already have the tracking number from my choice just waiting for a orgin scan hopefully soon 🤞🏽

I’m one of them my friend; and like you, still stuck on label created back on 9/11, grrr
 
I ordered 2 days late on a Sunday 9/11. I got space Black Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max 128gb.
Estimated to ship 09/30/2022 - 10/06/2022

It has changed to 'Shipped'. I'm excited to get this on launch day even though ordering 2 days late.
 
Anyone else receive an email yesterday from UPS that their iPhone would be delivered today (9/15)? This morning UPS sent another email saying that delivery has been rescheduled to 9/16. I'm still excited but man, that would have been sweet. :D
