Yup, tried on Apple and got "account inactive" error on PC.

Tried on the Apple Store app, but it won't let me put my 4 digit pin, it needs to be 6 or more digits.
 
It is fully down. Online, on the app, over the phone. It is all bad. Even through apple says the number is not active yet I am on the phone using my active phone number lol. I can’t with this lol
 
finally got a tmobile rep again, this time she tells me they are gonna charge me to upgrade over the phone, despite the fact that they know that the app and website are having issues
 
I assume since it is system-wide, order dates are not slipping since NO orders are going thru... right?!?

just accept that ..if they can even do anything, my rep is telling me everything is down...you can get that waived later..
 
Lol. Don’t know my PIN (Apple normally asks for my social) and TMobile can’t reset it.

This sucks!
 
Why does the Apple Store give better trade in value for an iPhone 11 Pro than an iPhone 13 on T-Mobile? It’s $8 a month for the 14 pro 128 when trading in an iPhone 13 and $0 a month when trading in an 11 pro.
