since t-mobile is trash and we all got those error messages I ended up ordering through Apple Card for pickup on Friday... I wonder if there is any chance now I can get those t-mobile monthly credits applied?
 
Still waiting on the phone with a rep to get an order in as the system isn’t working. Always fun at 5am lol. I can’t believe you still have to call to do JOD upgrades after all these years.
Completely ridiculous, and then they told me they didn't have JOD pricing yet and couldn't process any order.

So ordering through apple yet doing the tmobile financing to get the 1000 credit trade in the 14 is still unlocked?
 
I tried upgrading my device through T-Mobile, but it told me I had to call or go to a store, so I just ordered it via Apple directly. Not sure why I need to call or go to the store, since I've never had to do that before.
 
My Upgrade Program order placed through the Apple Store App went through instantly, but I've had no luck trying to place orders for other family members also on T-Mobile. Ah well. I've been doing this long enough to remember similar problems from AT&T years ago.
 
T-Mobile is so breathtakingly incompetent with their tech it's actually sort of funny. I'm saying this as someone that works in IT and needs to scale up capabilities for spikes in traffic like this. I would have my ass handed to me by my bosses if I let something like this happen.
 
Demand must be really high for tmo website & app to be trash.

Last year I ordered the 13 late in the evening and still got it delivered on launch day 😆

Ordered 12pro with 512 but I’m debating staying with 256. I have 115gb free atm.

Went with an Apple trade in vs installments from T-Mobile. Less trade in value but less hassle.
 
I called 10 minutes early and my rep keep reading from her script about the AMAZING new iPhone instead of getting the order processed. Wasted so much time I bet the order could have been completed before the crash. So pissed.
I hate when they do that! My rep wasted the same amount of time doing the same crap!
 
I got my pin reset, but it says my number isn’t active when trying to go through Apple.

Is anyone else having these issues?

Why are they telling me phone has to be paid off to JUMP (not JOD)? When NIAT last year I paid my phone to halfway and got the 13 as an upgrade from the 12?

I ABHOR them right now.

I am sure you can argue that their website is trash. 😁 You would guess that the website should be able to handle a large amount of traffic.
