I ordered the first 64GB iPhone Xs Max on the T-Mobile app at 3:52 am 9/14 and another one for the wife two hours later at 5:52 am over the T-Mobile website. I didn't request expedited shipping. It actually said 2-Day Air.

Well, went to my CC at 8am sharp and they said the package won’t be ready for pickup till 10am

Will still get here before my home delivery. I know the ground shippers are crying for me sorry guys lol

Boston here. I ordered my Xs Max 64gb silver at midnight. Was not offered 2 day shipping. Phone just left Columbus OH. Tuesday delivery. I'm so disappointed this year.

This has been a weird release. Ordered this past Wednesday and looks like it going to deliver today. With what I went through last year I’ll take it. Fingers crossed they actually deliver it and not an empty box like my X.

After order was processed and ready for ups. I've had packages held there before with no delay. Status has not changed since then.
