Edit: nvm left Indiana at 8:24. If it goes straight to my local hub it would get there around noon. Maybe they’ll do a second delivery run late in the day, doubt it though. It will probably just sit there taunting me all weekend.

opposite with AT&T. Every Pre order since the 6 was a cluster **** for me. That’s why I switched to T-Mobile.This is the second time since the iPhone 5 that I won’t be getting the new iPhone on launch day. Both times were T-Mobile’s fault. I am buying out my JOD phone before next years launch and going elsewhere. They gave me a 25 dollar credit and told me only new activations that called in would get free 2 day shipping, not JOD customers. This practically means everyone but JOD got free 2-day shipping. I’m beyond tired of T-Mobile and having to fight with them over everything. Their service sucks anyway. AT&T had my phones to me every time with no issues.
T-Mobile gave us Ground Shipping from Louisville, KY to California, and now I can imagine when it will arrive.

This time around I ordered straight from apple. The last 2 times I've ordered from Tmobile things have been completely screwed. Way back when the 6 first came out I returned our 5's for credit. Tmobile claimed they never received them and wouldn't give us our money. I finally went back through my email and in a hidden corner of my tmobile account I found a message from them with a picture of the returned iphone 5's. When I resent them that message they finally had to give in and accept that the phones were returned. If I hadn't found that random message with pictures I would have been out by at least $500
The second time I tried upgrading through TMO was their infamous Iphone 7+ credit scheme. I returned our 6's and ordered 2 7+'s and was supposed to get monthly credits that offset the phone fee by around 1/2. Well, again Tmo tried to screw me. For 3 months after I received the 7+'s I called every week telling tmo I wasn't seeing the credit on my bill and every person I talked to said "give it time, I just fixed it". Finally in a rage I demanded a manager and that person told me my credit hadn't been applied and it was too late to do anything....needless to say I flipped out. I finally got somebody (after 3 months and who knows how many hours) to accept that I'd done everything I was supposed to and they gave me the credit.
So this year there was NO WAY I was going to trust Tmobile. They claim I'd get a guaranteed $300 for each of my 7+'s but I'm not about to trust them ever again.
So good luck for people who are sending their phones in for the credit, I really hope you have better luck than I ever have.
FWIW ordering through apple directly was easy as can be, zero issues.
