No, Farmingville - Suffolk

I checked this morning and it showed my phone at the Bronx Hub. I called to have them hold for pickup. I asked the operator 3 times, if it says out for delivery, do not change it to hold for pick up. She said it doesn't. She changed it to hold for pickup. It was already on the truck.

I drove my block and found the truck. He doesn't have it. I drove to the UPS hub in the Bronx. They don't have it. No one knows where my phone is.

For anyone that got theirs -- XS Max -- silly question -- can you go into Settings -- scroll to the top, and see if you can search for any settings? Both myself and a friend can no longer get results from searching a setting there.

So close... see yall in a couple of years. Good luck to everyone.

I just placed an order though Apple program and will get it in 2 weeks (mine was ground shipping and it won't deliver till next Wednesday). I'm done with ordering my phones through T-Mobole. I prefer to pay premium and get a good service rather than dealing with this kind of crap every time. I literally told the rep on Tweeter than they can take the $50 credit back and it's not about the money! I don't mind to wait 2 more weeks, I'm currently enjoying my Note9 and will wait an extra week to get the iPhone directly from Apple.

Went to my local T-Mobile store at 8am (they opened early). Walked in with two others at 8, we all walked out with phones. T-Mobile rep told me to just refuse the package (at the CC when it gets delivered) and will get refunded in 30 days.

Nevermind.. Apparently a common issue when restoring from a backup to a new phone. If anyone else encounters it, solution is to temporarily change iPhone language to something else (preferably one you can make out) and then back to English.

Bronx UPS location is hands down the worst piece of **** place of all time. Last year was miserable. They shipped out no ones phones and made us wait outside for hours just to get trolled by a guy in there who wanted two forms of ID.
