Phone arrived at the hub but not out for delivery yet. Crossing my fingers it doesn’t take till “end of day”

This is the second time since the iPhone 5 that I won’t be getting the new iPhone on launch day. Both times were T-Mobile’s fault. I am buying out my JOD phone before next years launch and going elsewhere. They gave me a 25 dollar credit and told me only new activations that called in would get free 2 day shipping, not JOD customers. This practically means everyone but JOD got free 2-day shipping. I’m beyond tired of T-Mobile and having to fight with them over everything. Their service sucks anyway. AT&T had my phones to me every time with no issues.
Did anyone sign the authorized shipment release form? I live in an apartment where they collect our packages and email us when we can pick it up from the package room. Should I sign it? And if I don't does it interfere with my delivery today?
Haha! I’m sure you would!i can take care of if for you while you go out of town![]()
That’s odd! Usually if you have them keep it at the hub it just stays there and you pick it up during their business hours to the public. My current situation...
Probably just super inaccurate. I've had stuff still show California when it landed somewhere, flew out, and landed again in Louisville. I've seen it be behind 4-5 scans before.Impatiently waiting for this plane to land lol
ve been there before. For me though, I'd much rather have a phone a few days late than deal with Verizon. They always treated us like crap, charged us fees for every little thing, NEVER ONCE got an order right, wait times in store and on the phone, yada yada. I'd hate to pay a shipping fee and get my phone late but at least some reps are trying to make it right by giving a credit- if that had happened with Verizon they wouldn't have done anything. Pick your poison I suppose. I'd go to any other carrier before Verizon, and even then, a stupid little error/mistake/miscommunicatio
Yup, I've had something similar happen too. Heck, I went in store to pay off my mom and step-dad's devices and ETFs. When I called previous it was like $1200 and when I got there they tried to tell me it was closer to $1600. I fought it and they finally said it was the $1200ish I had previously been told. They got a bill later for the remaining $400 a month down the road. Dealing with them is the biggest pain in the ass ever.Could have not said it better myself. I remember canceling Verizon service a few years back and they kept on charging me (without my approval for months). Remember it took me like 6 months to get my money back. Such a pain in the ass.

I just dropped my son off at school and I saw a UPS truck driving around but it wasn’t going towards my house![]()
SERIOUSLY! I’m a grown woman refreshing the ups app with my face looking out the window scanning for UPS trucks lol what have I become?!Oh the PTSD we get each year
Same!Watch and Phone out for delivery. EOD of course, but it's better than some people here who won't get it today. So, I'm assuming around dinner time if UPS is on time. lol
Edit: Today gonna be a long day, Since I'm off waiting on UPS to show up!
