Just spoke to a Tmobile Representative. The BOGO is real and activated the 15th. The problem is that if I want it, I would have to cancel my preorder and do a new order with a 2nd line to take advantage of the promotion. Those of us that ordered on the 14th cannot use the promotion. The promotion activated on the 15th.

No, did the same thing and t-mobile Twitter help was able to make retroactive my XS Max order to the 14th.

Only Apple ships ord from China.

T-mobile orders come from Jeffersonville, IN which is directly across the Ohio River from Louisville, home of UPS.

Just last month my wife preordered the Note 9. T-mobile marked as shipped on Sunday when the label was created. Nothing happened until Tuesday she UPS shipped it and was delivered on Wednesday. Samsung allows preorders to be delivered a day or 2 early however Apple doesn’t allow that.

I think T-mobile will start creating the labels tomorrow and UPS will start moving them for a delivery on Friday.

In this past it’s always been either the same day or the day after that they were shipped but this is early compared to last few years.
