Carrier T-Mobile 2018 New iPhone Pre-Order Thread

I think the t-mobile rep screwed up my order I think. My order just says “upgrade”. Last year it showed “JOD upgrade”.
Tmo rep said they screwed up my order and to go into a store to correct the charges. I payed 109 on JOD to lower the payments. Well. They Indian dude I worked with lied completely. My monthly payment isn’t 36 dollars a month but 39. And I was told by the rep I just called..... I did not have to pay anything for the upgrade because I have amazing credit. So I just wrote the T-MOBILE executive team a very long email about lying scum.
I told them as far as I am concerned T-Mobile violated the terms and conditions of the contract and has voided it. So I have the right to leave without ANY FINES OR PENALTIES........

Yup. Should say JOD UPGRADE like yours does. Rep said I could buy down the payment. Also told me after my upgrade I’m no longer on JOD. I’m furious..

I pre-ordered on 9/14 for Xs 256 Silver and Rep gave overnight delivery automatically, showed delivery for 9/21. I then wanted to change shipping address and was told it wasn't possible unless I cancelled order and placed again, this happened on the next day on 9/15. This time rep did not add overnight shipping and my delivery is ground between 9/26-10/09!
Oh man Nate, sorry to hear this... This is why I like placing order via twitter or messages... That way I have a history with time stamps of everything that I was told and can use it as proof later on.

how much you get charged for JOD? and did you get charged a down payment last year for the X if you got that as well?
Honestly, I only use it to complain to companies, lol! I have been able to get through several companies customer service agents after spending a lot of time via phone. Never fails.
What does the lease agreement say? And the payment you spoke of, is that after tax? My payment is $40, but after taxes it’s $43.45.

Ordered Xs Max 512 Gold at 12:15am PT, estimated ship date still 9/21-10/2 and the only thing to hit my card is are two validation charges ($1.00 and $1.01 -- T-Mobile and Tmobile.com\CUP)
I usually don't do pre-orders so its almost always next day gratification for me. I don't know if I can survive to 10/2
My Xs Max 512 Gold ordered at 3:20am eastern says the same. Estimated ship date still 9/21-10/2. Mine has not been charged yet.
Really crappy to pay $15 for a SIM card on my BOGO "add a lline" Xs when the eSIM technology is inside the device.
I had to pay $160 on my iPhone X, then I have to put down a down payment of $560 towards the 256 gig xs max.
Is it really necessary to specify his race for some reason? Nobody here cares the race of the person you talked to in store.

Both my Xs 64GB and Xs Max 64GB have shipped but I haven’t received notification from T-Mobile yet. I can see the tracking numbers in my UPS app though.

Ah, I understand. It's annoying when customer service people have trouble understanding you or vice versa. I'm sure T-Mobile will fix this though, you were cheated out of JOD.
