Ordered XS 64GB Space Gray on late afternoon EDT 9/14. My card has yet to be charged, nor have I received any new tracking numbers on my UPS account. Anybody else order late Friday haven’t received any movement on their order?
 
Pre-ordered on 9/14 @ 3:15am but kept getting the down payment glitch. I moved ahead and just paid the $379 + tax thinking it was my error. The morning of 9/15 (Sat) I read here where the down payments were all over the place and I knew I had a steller account with T-mobile, so I contacted T-Force thru messenger. Come to find out, I DID qualify for the $99 down payment but they had to cancel original order and place a new one.
New order placed on Sat 9/15 am and I have yet to be charged and T-mobile site still showing "pre-order" status with delivery of 9/21. Fingers crossed there will some type of movement today. Aarrgg.

I ordered around 12pm on Friday and haven’t gotten charged yet

I ordered my iPhone Xs Max 256gb space gray over the phone at 2:20am CST (JOD Upgrade). No charge, no tracking, nothing :( It still says SHIPS BY 9/21/2018 even though I was upgraded to next day shipping.

My anxiety can't deal with this.

( 1st World Problem... I know )

Was able to redirect my phone through My Choice. Wanted mine to go to the UPS locker so I don't have to be home when it comes. Also got a e-mail from T-Mobile that my order has been processed. Still nothing on my watch guessing that will be shipped next week.

When did you order watch? What are your estimated shipping dates?
 
I ordered the watch around 12:24am pst. My dates aren't until 9/21 till 10/2. I ordered the 44mm stainless in gold. DId you order the watch?
I did order two. 42 & 44mm. First is 9/21-26. 44 is 9/21-10/9. Started ordering at 12:03am PST. Took 40 mins to order both. Too long, imo
 
Anyone gotten a email from tmo saying "Your T-Mobile order payment has been processed"? It's a brief summary on my purchase. It's new to me.

Did you have to type a phone number in at all? Could it have auto filled her number? Did you call to make sure they aren’t porting it?

How are you seeing your tracking number on the ups app? I made a my choice account but when I go to deliveries I have none upcoming. I was charged Sunday around 12 noon
 
Does anyone else have an estimated to ship: 09/26/2018-10/09/2018 ? Is there any chance these will ship early? When I placed my order over the phone they said it would be 9/21 but when I got my order confirmation it had that estimated date.

Ya took me a long time as well. Did Jump on Demand for the phone and Jump for the watch. Think I was done maybe at 12:40 for the watch...

How are you seeing your tracking number on the ups app? I made a my choice account but when I go to deliveries I have none upcoming. I was charged Sunday around 12 noon

You should just be able to go to your profile preferences, membership information, and then make sure your address is right. Then you should be able to see all packages that are scheduled for your address.

Hey guys ordered Max 64gb Gold 1230am night of pre order.
Got an alert yesterday that they were unable to process the card so I called Last night to have them reprocess. Still no recharge yet. Has anyone been through this? How long does it typically take?

I wonder if I order tomorrow if I can still get it by launch through T-Mobile? Or maybe I’ll just stop at the store Friday and hope they have some. I’m on my mom’s plan and the bill doesn’t get paid till tomorrow so I had to wait to upgrade (which is killing me).
 
Did a cancel and reorder yesterday morning via Messenger for a gold Xs Max (originally Silver) that took almost four hours.. Still showing ship date of 9/21. Curious if I’ll see this thing by Friday. They set it up as free overnite. No charge or tracking on MyChoice yet

Just got charged.. I suspect tracking will show up in My Choice soon.
