Ordered XS 64GB Space Gray on late afternoon EDT 9/14. My card has yet to be charged, nor have I received any new tracking numbers on my UPS account. Anybody else order late Friday haven’t received any movement on their order?
I got ground shipping on mine as well. From my understanding and past experience regardless of the shipping method, if you’re in the first batch of phones it will be here Friday. That could change this year, that’s just usually how it’s been.anyone else has ground shipping showing up on theirs?

Hopefully they have enough to get our phones to us on time...Pre-ordered on 9/14 @ 3:15am but kept getting the down payment glitch. I moved ahead and just paid the $379 + tax thinking it was my error. The morning of 9/15 (Sat) I read here where the down payments were all over the place and I knew I had a steller account with T-mobile, so I contacted T-Force thru messenger. Come to find out, I DID qualify for the $99 down payment but they had to cancel original order and place a new one.
New order placed on Sat 9/15 am and I have yet to be charged and T-mobile site still showing "pre-order" status with delivery of 9/21. Fingers crossed there will some type of movement today. Aarrgg.

Also got a e-mail from T-Mobile that my order has been processed. Still nothing on my watch guessing that will be shipped next week.

I did the order over the phone. Her number never even came out of my mouth.Did you have to type a phone number in at all? Could it have auto filled her number? Did you call to make sure they aren’t porting it?

How are you seeing your tracking number on the ups app? I made a my choice account but when I go to deliveries I have none upcoming. I was charged Sunday around 12 noon

Did a cancel and reorder yesterday morning via Messenger for a gold Xs Max (originally Silver) that took almost four hours.. Still showing ship date of 9/21. Curious if I’ll see this thing by Friday. They set it up as free overnite. No charge or tracking on MyChoice yet
