I would just recommend trying to get to the store early, so you are one of the first ones there. I ended up ordering Silver because it was the only showing that would ship by 9/21.

I still have an Apple store with 9/21 pick up but I don’t want to go through Apple and have my credit pulled lol so I’m just gonna take the chance and hope they have one at my T-Mobile. Luckily it’s super close to my house.
So I just got charged but I ordered my 64gb SG Max yesterday at around 6pm with an estimated delivery date of 9/28-10/2 or something like that...wondering if I got bumped up
heads up. T-mobile's website still says that gold iPhone XS 64gb has a estimated ship date of 09/21.
I got charged on the 16th but still no shipment label on UPS. Weird.. Btw, that charge was for the iphone XS 64gb but still no charge for the apple watch.
I saw this too! Gold isn't exactly my preferred choice but I'm tempted to order it anyways instead of getting there early Friday to see what my options are.
