I haven’t seen a single person who ordered a 512GB XS Max have their card charged or received UPS tracking.
It has me wondering if T-Mobile has any 512GB stock at all to deliver for launch day.

Has anyone who ordered the 256gb space gray max got their tracking number yet ? I haven't gotten mine yet. I really hope that it'll be here on launch day since I opted for overnight shipping.
i placed order this past sunday but my charge dint go through so i had to call and tell them to place order on hold till this thursday morning to pay...kept my order in place with same date and will pay tomorrow morning and pay for next day shipping if it comes down to that

9/19 IMEI showing on T-mobile EIP
T-mobile website still reading "Pre-order" with 9/21 date.
No origin scan.
Everything seems to be falling into place based on my experiences with pre-orders with T-mobile.
The only hiccup was the pre-order of my 6+ years ago. That was a cluster.

Does the tracking automatically push over to the ups app? I have the app but nothing is showing up yet and I was already charged.
I ordered my phone on release about 3 am and I paid 250 + tax for gold x max 256gb with 41 a month. I looked on the websites and the prices are showing 550 down 30 a month has this changed or what is this?? Thanks
Get charged yet? If so you should have a tracking number on ups soon. Got charged Sunday at noon and the label was created sunday 10pmAnother day and still no tracking number

You’re a “well qualified customer”. Aka been with the company for 3+ years, have good enough credit and a lack of missed payments
I was charged early yesterday and my tracking appeared on UPS app suddenly last evening.
From what I understand, the UPS app updates based on anything assigned to your name and address of file with said app.
Again, my tracking is showing on UPS app but TMo site still reads "pre-order". If you have been charged and your UPS app info matches your TMo order info, you should receive a tracking number in UPS app anytime now. I hope this makes sense.
i keep seeing people say “i’m sure my tracking number will appear on my ups app”

So I get a UPS My Choice alert -- a package from Apple has been scheduled for delivery. Yay! Oh wait, I ordered from T-Mobile.

Still no charge, no change on t-mobile.com for my Xs Max 512GB Gold. The 256GB would have been enough for me but I thought I'd splurge and maybe future proof at bit. Serves me right for trying to give T-mobile more of my money. If they had told me the 512GB would cause a delay, I would have gone with the 256GB.
My angst is I have a three week international trip coming up and if the phone doesn't come before I leave it makes things really complicated.

Charged but not tracking. If you got charged it means they are ready to ship. You’ll get it on Friday
What size though? 64GB still shows 9/21 shipping on the site. 512GB, 10/16.
No prices didn’t change. Since you ordered the phone already and since it’s so expensive it may have put you close to your T-Mobile credit limit for devices.
You honestly think they create the labels first and then wait for the phones to arrive from China so they can waste a bunch of man hours matching the label with the box with the correct IMEI number that’s already in your t mobile account? Come on guys. Why is it so hard to believe that the phones have been sitting in Jeffersonville for days.
Because the rest of the phones are all palleted like that and are coming from HK. What makes you think differently?
I think Hub would be faster. Where I live if you pick a store they add a day to deliver to the store.

You are exactly correct about how he process works.
The idea of matching the labels to the correct phone later would be a disaster waiting to happen. Too many opportunities for failure.
The phones arrived yesterday or will today, they will be sorted and dispatched at this point. There is no evidence the phones have been sitting around to wait. They nearly NEVER are.
These distribution facilities can process THOUSANDS of units in a day.

The labels are digitally generated to match a specific device, when that device is scanned and packed, the label is printed. Its not as hard as you think.
