Trying to decide if I’m ordering through T-Mobile or Apple. (Boyfriend may take my 12)

seeing on reddit that tmo reps are telling people that their own deal is coming out on Friday. what's posted now is through apple.

i got screwed last year by jumping on apple's first offer...i coulda gotten my 12 mini for free if I had wait til black Friday. will wait this out a bit.
Ah yes it's that time again. Hopefully T-Mo gets their #$%^ together in time for me to make an educated decision. Every year I weigh all my options but stick to JoD. It looks like I can buy my iPhone 12 Pro and trade it in for a profit of about $200 but then I can't JoD the next one....I'm also concerned about T-Mo tying hardware promos to the newer plans, as evidences on apple.com
Whats weird, is that on T-mobile's website now, it shows up to $830 in trade in for 12 Pro Max. 12 Pro Max is no longer being sold. Maybe T-mobile is doing same $830 promo for iPhone 13?
The Magenta Max is for 5G owners to take full advantage of 5G with no slowdowns. Ever since upgrading to Magenta Max I've used 200GB/Month. Since the iPhone 13 is a 5G smartphone, T-mobile is allowing new/existing customer to take full advantage of the 5G hardware in the 13 as well as their speeds.
Are you suggesting that my Simple Choice North America plan is not getting the full benefit of 5G, because I believe that it is.
Your getting the full benefit 100%. The main difference between Magenta Max and Simple Choice North America is no data cap. 5G gives you ability to download a 2GB file in under ~2 minute, but your still downloading 2GB of file.
If your on the go a lot, then the magenta max is the plan.
What’s what I’m doing, should have waited last year and gotten the 12 pro max! I was to impatient.
I was upset about the magenta max exclusive deal from apple but just checked again and all other plans can still get $200 instead of $500 back

I plan as usual to upgrade from 12 PM 128GB to 13 PM same size Hopefully the JOD isn't $350 again too pricey.... I was emailing someone from executive support about the JOD upgrade price & time to order so we will see what he says? i had his email as I had an issue with my signal I was working on with him

Anyone ever tried to go through the apples IPhone upgrade program and unable to link their account?
Seems like T-Mobile is trying to force everyone over to the Magenta plans. Currently on One Plus with lots of perks like free lines and HD streaming, Netflix, totally unlimited… free travel data. Free Canada data 4gb or something. will switching to Magenta mess all of this up??
Same boat as you, I’m hanging onto my one plan for as long as I can. Not worth changing to a more expensive plan for some phone promotions. Its sucks they are now making all their best promotions a reason to try to upsell the max plan.
I owe T-Mobile $633 for my 12 Pro and Apple is going to give $780 for it. Wondering if its worth doing the trade in and grabbing a 13 Pro Max.
So I attempted to complete the registration on apple.com prior to the pre order on Friday. I am in the upgrade program. It told me that my account is no longer supported on apple. Anyone know what is going on with this?
...except my SCNA is unlimited data. And I have 6 lines of that for ~$150. They can pry this plan out of my cold dead hands. (Or cancel it at their will, I guess)
That’s how it’s usually been but last year was different. I pre ordered right when pre orders went live and mine shipped via UPS ground and I didn’t get it for a few days after release.
