That’s how it’s usually been but last year was different. I pre ordered right when pre orders went live and mine shipped via UPS ground and I didn’t get it for a few days after release.
Good to know. That kind of stinks but guess if I do end up going through T-mobile and I pre-order I'll just pay for overnight then.

I plan as usual to upgrade from 12 PM 128GB to 13 PM same size Hopefully the JOD isn't $350 again too pricey.... I was emailing someone from executive support about the JOD upgrade price & time to order so we will see what he says? i had his email as I had an issue with my signal I was working on with him

if he says anything ill post here
I hope the JOD pricing is also more like the 11 was with $0 to low down payments and higher per month cost, but if I were a betting man, the prices are the same as last year and the down payments will be the same. But again I hope they are lower...
I liked 2 years ago during the 11 when they did the whole super well qualified for JOD for long time customers that gave us lower down payments with the higher per month. I have no issues paying $50 a month for my device if I'm only putting $100 down. That was what JOD was advertised when it started out. I've been on JOD since iPhone 8 (the original JOD) and now it keeps getting worse every year. If it's high down payments again this year I'm likely to keep my 12 Pro and just pay off the JOD in 6 months when it's up and move over to EIP where it seems the better deals are now...

Anyone coming from sprint? This is my first rodeo with T-Mobile and, historically I’d get a notification for eary bird pre-order (“reserve your spot in line”) the wed or thurs before pre-orders went live. Not sure if that’s going to happen now.

What do you think is the cheapest way to get a 13 for my gf? She has a XR to trade-in that’s paid off. Through Apple or T-Mobile?

So, wonder what the best/cheapest path for me is upgrading a line via Sprint onto a 13 Pro Max:

I have two open, upgradable lines. One with my 11 Pro Max 256 an one with my wife’s 8 Plus 256.

My plan is to trade in the iPhone 8 Plus 256 (seems like it’s the last round of “eligibility” for that”) with me adding the 13 Pro Max to my line and sliding her my 11 Pro Max.

We are currently on "Unlimited Plan v10"

Would it be better/cheaper to purchase via Apple with a connection to our sprint account or buy direct from sprint/t-mobile ... or is there no difference?

Thanks in advance!

Yeah that’s what I plan on doing. You can give them a call afterwards when you get the phone and say something like shipping was suppose to be free and they’ll credit you for it.

I guess I just have to kind of sit and wait to see what T-Mobile does for JoD. Honestly, if they wanna kill JoD, they should offer us all one more upgrade for $0 down and then say "okay, that's it, JoD is over".

I'm not leaving my SCNA plan and although I could buy out my iPhone 12 Pro and then sell it back to them, then JoD wouldn't be an option so I'd have to EIP and get bill credits over like...30 months. I despise calling T-Mobile monthly to make them add credits they missed.

Looks like the 55+ variant of Magenta MAX will be qualified for the $500 bill credit, based on my discussion with a rep. Incredible to get $1290 total credit for a phone that I paid $1200 for a year ago.

Any ideas on EIP pricing? Down payments or so?

Yeah this is what I want to know…Jump and jump on demand pricing, down payment/monthly payment, trade in discounts, etc. I don’t like that forever plan that’s only for people who switch to a magenta plan that would cost me MORE money, and you can only upgrade every 2 years, instead of each year

Oh it’s that time again!! 😁 I’ve religiously upgraded iPhones every single year since iPhone 4. And I’ve been coming here for a few years at least, to mellow with all the other shipping posts. I’m going from 12 pro max gold to 13 pro max blue if there are any when I go to order it. I almost got the blue last year and didn’t. Not sure how great the pre preorder function they added is but I’ll be up at 8am waiting to click that button. Do have to say it sure beats the 3am they had few years back. I have T-Mobile but I’m ordering it unlocked so I don’t have to deal with hiccups. Just put my sim in and be done

seeing on reddit that tmo reps are telling people that their own deal is coming out on Friday. what's posted now is through apple.
Can you share the link? I hope it's not just reiterating Forever Max crap.

On the front page of their website they mention 30 monthly bill credits for their iphone 13 on us promo. So I'm guessing the EIP pricing in general will be based on 30 months instead of 24.

I was told you can in my example pay off jod lease for $208 turn in phone and switch to iPhone 13PM $0 down on financing 24 month

I just DM'd T-Mobile to ask what the story is with JoD. I'm over here trying to make informed decisions and I'm not getting much from them.

The details are in:

We have received Jump On Demand pricing for well-qualified customers, which includes you! For the iPhone 13 mini 128 GB, the down payment for well qualified customers would be $0 and then $29.99 each month for 18 months. For the iPhone 13 128GB, the down payment for well qualified customers would be $49.99 and then $30.00 each month for 18 months. For the iPhone 13 Pro 128 GB, the down payment for well qualified customers would be $249.99 and then $28.00 each month for 18 months. For the iPhone 13 Pro Max 128GB, the down payment for well qualified customers would be $349.99 and then $26 each month for 18 months.

Is that when ordering directly from them?
