I went to our local T Mobile store 10/9 and paid in full for a 13PM 512, they charged a $30 upgrade support charge. Told me when I ordered it that it wouldn't be in til between 11/3-11/17. All I have is a paper receipt and no email from T Mobile. I called the store yesterday to see if there was any way to look into the status of my order and there was no way for them to check. So I called T Mobile directly today and the service agent told me there was no way for them to look into my order status and it would only be able to be checked at teh store.
So I'm curious. If I don't have the phone yet and one shows up at Best Buy, would I be able to cancel the order with the T Mobile Store for a full refund and pick up one at Best Buy instead??
