I'm Silver PM 128 as well. Pre-ordered and signed within 20m of sales going live on 9/17. Instantly had 9/28-10/5 window but was told it would ship by the 4th. Charged Friday the 1st, still no shipping info which is odd. Everytime I've ben charged it's because something has shipped. Communication has never been this poor. I will not be buying a phone through T-mobile again. What a massive waste of time.
Sucks this is happening to you but happy I’m not the only one in this scenario. Charged Friday and finished my order 5 minutes before sales technically went live and still no tracking. I am hoping there’s an update tonight since my window changed to 9/30-10/3 and that’s clearly now past. Same phone as you.

Phone is setting up.

The annoying thing in this process was the lack of information. Had T Mobile senior management said something like 'Be patient, we had lots of orders and the phones are coming in', or 'we are short staffed', I'd have sat on my hands and been patient.

But not knowing a damn thing when past history informed quick processing led to annoyance.

Ordered a iPhone Pro Max 128 Sierra Blue on 3 Oct. Somehow shipping was 2-5 Oct. Now it has moved to 8-12 Oct. Hope it doesn’t move again.
 
For those who have tmobile, I need some help with something(Ive never activated a phone myself before, til now I had the samsung galaxy s6 phone) so I got the iphone 13..I turned it on, went through all the steps..but I Guess since it has no esim card in there or whatever its not working right, when I go to text my sister she says she sees it but its from my email address NOT my phone number..so I called the tmobile store and they told me I would have to call tmobile and ask for a new sim card to be shipped to me..I thought these devices already have sim inserted? Is there a way to get this to work..Im on my brother in law's family plan

Same situation, same phone! But ordered on 9/18 and I have the same window as yours.

ordered mine 9/30, my expected ETA for the 2 sierra blue pro max were for between 10/28 - 11/13 .. and over the weekend i got shipment labels created and a new expected deliver by date of 10/13! Nice surprise!
 
Late to the party this time around. Ordered 2 Sierra Blue 13 Pros today, 10/11. Got a 11/3-11/17 ship date. Been doing these promo pre-orders for a while now, since the Piano Black iPhone 7, I think. Wishing us all quick and easy deliveries.

I just ordered a 13 mini with 512GB. My payments would be the same with whatever memory level I got as the monthly credit just increased as I increased the memory.

Question on my trade-in: I was given $450 bill credit for the trade in plus the monthly credits. If instead of sending my phone back, I sold it elsewhere, would I just lose the $450 bill credit and keep the monthly credits? The way things are worded on the paperwork, it sounds like I really only am getting $450 for my 1 year old 12 Pro and the bill credits are just an upgrade promotion from T-mobile. I’m thinking maybe I can come out even further ahead if I just sell my 12 Pro on Craigslist or something. Anyone have any experience with this?

Maybe check back with T-Mobile on that. I was not offered much on the deferred trade-in itself, but was offered additional bill credits to make up the remaining amount so I would hit $1000 total advertised from them. I sold my 4 on eBay to a buyer who used a credit card fraudulently, and getting my $ back was a real hassle. Then the buyer claimed it was DOA, when I shipped it in good working order, more $ delays. But that was a while back, not Craigslist, and things may have changed. Good luck!

My wife was in the same boat. She needed to see all the colors first before deciding on which model to get. Her gold iPhone 13 pro max 256 was ordered on 9/27 and was stated to be shipped on Oct 28 - Nov 18. To our surprise it was delivered yesterday.

I never bothered to order from T-Mobile as when I saw the dates, I quickly went to Apple and got my 13 PM on launch day. This week my niece wanted the 11 but I convinced her to get the 13 and i called around and around until I got to the 11th store, and they had 2 in stock.

I bought a 13 from Best Buy as it was $100 cheaper than Apple or T-Mobile. Those that are waiting or don't want to wait, try calling the stores or go to Best Buy.

Well I got charged for my order and estimated shipping date is 10/13-10/15, how do I check to see if it's shipped from CN? Do I have to wait until tomorrow? I put my order number in the reference section of UPS but no luck.

I’m seeing a longer delay between charging and tracking movement than previous years, too. In the UPS app, logged in to My Choice, I tapped on the Track tab to the left of the To Me tab. Both phone numbers appear, “details not yet available.” So at least now I have someplace to repeatedly check.

I went to our local T Mobile store 10/9 and paid in full for a 13PM 512, they charged a $30 upgrade support charge. Told me when I ordered it that it wouldn't be in til between 11/3-11/17. All I have is a paper receipt and no email from T Mobile. I called the store yesterday to see if there was any way to look into the status of my order and there was no way for them to check. So I called T Mobile directly today and the service agent told me there was no way for them to look into my order status and it would only be able to be checked at teh store.

So I'm curious. If I don't have the phone yet and one shows up at Best Buy, would I be able to cancel the order with the T Mobile Store for a full refund and pick up one at Best Buy instead??
 
Is the 13 Pro Max known to be out-of-stock? I've been toying with the idea of upgrading from my 12 PM, but it always shows it's weeks out back ordered

Yes! I ordered 9/17 and still haven’t received my device. Either check the stores or go through apple since that seems to be the fastest way.
 
Yes you should be able to cancel your order. That’s been my experience in the past.

Crazy it's been what, a month and a half since release, and the 13 Pro Max still backordered and out of stock everywhere.

Best Buy out
T-Mobile out
Target out
Apple store out

All saying online ordering now, won't show up until December.
