I did a preorder of the 13 mini and received it on launch day. Decided it was too small and ordered the 13 Pro last Thursday. Tmo gave me a Oct. 7-10 delivery….it showed up today.

We've already paid sales tax so I wasn't happy to hear that. She claims to have "un-stuck" it, and I should receive a shipping notification today or tomorrow. We'll see, but glad I called nonetheless.
Mine is completely numerical, no letters. I ordered directly off the T-Mobile site, as a completely new customer bringing our numbers over from AT&T. We took advantage of the buy one, get $800 off deal as well as 55+ pricing which crushes AT&T on costs. Our current phones are so old they are worthless for trade-in.W

Yes no one can explain this either, that’s the further confusing part. I’ve messaged in the app as well as Twitter.I has this same issue last year with the 12pro. I ordered silver thinking there would be no issues considering it wasn't the newest color and I had to wait as well. I wonder why that is.

I never use the store anymore due to the charges they make.Trade in (samsung) on 9/26 2PM EST at tmobile store for 13 Pro (graphite 128gb).
UPS says it's shipped already for delivery tomorrow to the store.
Yes, the store did charge me the $30 upgrade fee.
We did pretty much the same thing, switching from ATT. We have two BYOD (I bought mine 13MP unlocked from Apple), then ordered 13 and another graphite 13MP/256. They told me 13MP will be available earliest Oct 6-13 ship date. Looks like they will ship everything together. I was hoping to switch on the billing cycle to minimize weird prorated charges.Mine is completely numerical, no letters. I just had a chat with someone online to inquire why it was taking so long to ship if the phones are listed as in stock. The associate said the phones are definitely in stock on their end, but that if I wanted to get free 2-day shipping, and ordered by 1PM, I could cancel my original order and re-order and they would ship today and any additional fees would be waived. I explained that everything I had indicated free shipping, from the time I ordered to the emails I received after the fact (back on 9/22) but they insisted the best route was to cancel the order and re-order through them (commissions, I'm guessing?)We did pretty much the same thing, switching from ATT. I figured, why not if it really won't cost any more and I can get the phones sooner, but when she added someone from the order system to the call, they said the order can no longer be canceled because they already charged us (sales tax), and that the phones were listed to ship 10/6-10-13, like yours, but really they have no idea when they'll ship, maybe sooner. So basically two wings of T-Mobile who really have no clue what the other is doing, maybe even competing for the sale. Not a good look for a customer just trying to get their order fulfilled. So I kept the original order and am still waiting. All of this is of course complicated by the fact that they are dealing with huge volume right now, or maybe this is normal?![]()
