I called customer service and the person I spoke to said the order was "stuck"....? We've already paid sales tax so I wasn't happy to hear that. She claims to have "un-stuck" it, and I should receive a shipping notification today or tomorrow. We'll see, but glad I called nonetheless.

Mine is completely numerical, no letters. I ordered directly off the T-Mobile site, as a completely new customer bringing our numbers over from AT&T. We took advantage of the buy one, get $800 off deal as well as 55+ pricing which crushes AT&T on costs. Our current phones are so old they are worthless for trade-in.

I has this same issue last year with the 12pro. I ordered silver thinking there would be no issues considering it wasn't the newest color and I had to wait as well. I wonder why that is.
Yes no one can explain this either, that’s the further confusing part. I’ve messaged in the app as well as Twitter.

A week and no shipping? What is your "expected delivery date" on your confirmation email. My card just got charged, but the deliver date is not until next Tuesday. Perhaps your delivery date is this week/early next?

09/28/2021-10/05/2021 this is SB ....... i had another 512 pm in gold with estimates in mid november delivered already
 
Ordered around 9:30am EST on 9/17. Was charged last Wednesday and told multiple times on multiple occasions that my order status was “Ready to Ship”. Still no tracking info. Reached out on Twitter tonight, and now multiple reps are telling me they can’t find my order 😡

UPS says it's shipped already for delivery tomorrow to the store.🤞
Yes, the store did charge me the $30 upgrade fee.

I never use the store anymore due to the charges they make.

We did pretty much the same thing, switching from ATT. We have two BYOD (I bought mine 13MP unlocked from Apple), then ordered 13 and another graphite 13MP/256. They told me 13MP will be available earliest Oct 6-13 ship date. Looks like they will ship everything together. I was hoping to switch on the billing cycle to minimize weird prorated charges.

I just had a chat with someone online to inquire why it was taking so long to ship if the phones are listed as in stock. The associate said the phones are definitely in stock on their end, but that if I wanted to get free 2-day shipping, and ordered by 1PM, I could cancel my original order and re-order and they would ship today and any additional fees would be waived. I explained that everything I had indicated free shipping, from the time I ordered to the emails I received after the fact (back on 9/22) but they insisted the best route was to cancel the order and re-order through them (commissions, I'm guessing?)

I figured, why not if it really won't cost any more and I can get the phones sooner, but when she added someone from the order system to the call, they said the order can no longer be canceled because they already charged us (sales tax), and that the phones were listed to ship 10/6-10-13, like yours, but really they have no idea when they'll ship, maybe sooner. So basically two wings of T-Mobile who really have no clue what the other is doing, maybe even competing for the sale. Not a good look for a customer just trying to get their order fulfilled. So I kept the original order and am still waiting. All of this is of course complicated by the fact that they are dealing with huge volume right now, or maybe this is normal? o_O

I think that the reps just don’t really know. So just wait and see…
 
I've always had good results with phone ordering from T Mobile. This year... is it huge volume? Lack of staff? The page counts here are down significantly from last year, and so I wonder if it is a shortage of staff.
 
Originally ordered 13 Pro, but last Thursday also ordered 13PM Graphite 128gb. Estimated 9/25-9/28 shipping date, card was charged on Saturday. But no shipping notification or anything in UPS My Choice. I highly doubt it will ship within the next 2 hours. Anyone else in similar situation? Could this have anything to do with the shipments stuck in China as people have been discussing in the main Preorder thread?

Correct. However, they have treated me well/better than phone and chat support in the past.
That's why I ordered with them.
Phone got shipped early and actually picked it up last night.
 
We got a shipping notification at 3:40am from Louisville, out for delivery in Atlanta metro this morning. Just lack of communication or reality on shipping estimates, but the phones will be here today, one week after order.
