Carrier T-Mobile iPhone X/8 Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

I called in at 2:58am EST and got my order done at 3:08am and received my confirmation email with EIP signature at 3:15am while on the phone with the rep.
iPhone X Space Grey 256 GB shipped this morning. Here are a few details about how and when I ordered:
Finally Managed to Order: 3:04am on October 27th
Confirmation e-mail from Apple: 3:07am on October 27th
How Ordered: Apple website, as the Apple Store App wasn't working by 3:03am
Preparing to Ship: October 28th afternoon EST
Shipped from Origin: Around 5am on Otober 29th (today)
Arrived at UPS Facility: Just now
Although the Space Grey phone is already on its way, I am still showing "Preparing to Ship" on the Apple Store.

This phone is coming straight from Apple correct? Not ordered on t-mobile?
Correct. Ordered straight from Apple. Did have the T-Mobile option on stand by. But luckily enough it went through on Apple's website.
Yeah I usually order over the phone but spoke with a T-Mobile exutive team member and he told me to do it online. Checked at like 1:52am and it let me start pre ordering before the site started acting funny for other people
And it just dawned on me, I was on the wrong thread this whole time. To clarify, I am a T-Mobile user though.
Not yet shipped! I ordered 2 mins before midnight on the app 256GB Space Grey. Am hoping it changes soon since everyone else’s seems to be shipping.
Did you get an email as soon as it shipped or did you check the t-mobile app/webpage?
Next year I’ll try earlier online. I called through first while I was online and the X wasn’t showing up yet so I stayed on the phone to continue with my order. I’m surprised the rep let me start ordering before 3:01am because I was prepared to keep him on the phone asking about the X.
I did the same thing and my T-Mobile one was charged while Apple is still showing 11/17-11/24.
Ordered around 3:30am EST on the phone after the website wouldn't cooperate. Charged this morning and now shipped!

"Running" apparently means they are about the charge. I cleared up my fraud alert this morning and TMobile rep re-entered my cc number and told me that it was good. Still haven't seen the charge on my CC yet.
Yeah I ended up having to login again on site and when I did it came up to order I thought it was gonna kick me out since it wasn’t 2am yet but it didn’t and just started ordering it. Yeah I think since the website was up early you were able to order early with rep
Interesting. I ordered mine (also 64 GB Silver) over the phone but signed my EIP by 12:25am PST (3:25 EST) and mine still hasn't shipped. I was charged this morning though.
I wonder if online orders are being processed more efficiently.
I still haven’t received any email from T-Mobile. The only reason I saw it was because everyone here and /r/Apple brought my attention to it.
