Mine now shows the order again with Pre-Order at the top (the original posting).
I ordered the Space Gray 256GB through T-Mobile on 10/27 at 5:45 AM Eastern. I did it through T-Force and I haven’t been charged. My status is still “Pre-Order.” I was hoping to get it on launch day, but that’s looking less likely. We will see. 
My estimated ship date has been 11/03/2017 - 11/10/2017 since ordering.

Just finished texting with a rep. I asked for her to check my cc because I'm showing the same address for billing and shipping (I'm having it shipped to my office address), but she said it doesn't matter and that my expected shipping is 11/10
Did a phone order at 1am PST the night of preorders, just received my shipped and tracking for a 256gb Space Grey. Expected to arrive Nov 3rd.
No and don't expect to until Wed evening at the earliest.

Me too. Plus the same credit card I used for X, I use for my monthly bill and that got charged today.

My Card was declined Sunday Morning. Cleared it up with bank/tmobile and they recharged my card yesterday morning.
If your card is cleared and good to go, just wait another 24 hours and it'll charge again

another update while i was waiting for the rep to call me back for the 3rd time so far and hopefully here good news on her end which still seems far off she told me her supervisor looking into it and gonna send me an email by today or tomorrow hopefully to get things going she mention she will contact her higher up or a different t mobile department?.... i also decided to contact tmobilehelp on twitter and from what they told me after really digging into it he saw the authorizations approved finally one this morning and one yesterday and i should be getting charged now... but so far nothing either way they mentioned that i still never lost my place and will still get a friday delivery so i guess well see what they do within the next 2 days.

I ordered around 7am CST on the 27th and got a 11/3-11/10 window for a silver 256GB. However, I got charged for the down payment for the phone so does that mean things are looking good for a Friday delivery? ☺️

No but perhaps they botched one of the labels and printed out another. If one of them starts moving and the other doesn't that is what happened. Otherwise maybe you "won" a free phone.
