I am on JOD and I think the best way is to just go to the store and let them take care if it. I’ve done a few upgrades to date and have always just walked into the store and let them take care of it.

My wife's T-Mobile phone shipped this morning. Yesterday she was charged the full amount for it.
She ordered it on the Apple Store app, paid for it in full with credit card. I joined the Apple upgrade program the night of the preorders so that 2 extra minutes of ordering that night means I'll see my phone by 2019. Hopefully. Lol.
So tracking shows that I should have gotten the phone between 2:30 to 4:30 but it is 6:13 right now, there's no signs of coming UPS truck driver, what should I do?
Were you home between 2:30 & 4:40? If It still says that it's out for delivery, I would wait until about 8, I think that's when they do their last deliveries. You could also call UPS...
Yeah I was at home between these times. My cousin also lives in the same building but he got his phone by 4:30. I think t-mobile and UPS have personal issues with me, they always do this to me

Anyone order in the last few days? I ordered a Silver X yesterday and the T-Mobile website quoted 11/9 ship date when I was ordering, but my order status in MyT-Mobile says 11/17. I cancelled my order from Apple since the T-Mobile website said I'd get it sooner. I just want my precious in my hands ASAP!
I ordered this on the 5th and it’ll be delivered tomorrow.
I called Apple and they said anyone saying that they got next day air is lying because they didn't do that for the X's but it seems a lot of people are claiming that they got it next day air. They said something about customs and such.Just updated to shipped at 9:30pm 11/7 to Shipped! Next day air!
I usually just go to a T-Mobile store! Like their standalone stores or the ones the malls are also fine! I don’t think it needs to be an official corporate store!
That is odd. I had the same dates, and my phone us currently out for delivery.

This morning it showed that my package was being processed and all of a sudden it's out for delivery.

I placed my order yesterday (11/08/17) for the silver 64gb iPhone X. The shipping estimate was 11/17/17-12/01/17. It is still that this morning but I now see a pending charge in the amount of the down payment with taxes. Reading other posts on here, I am guessing my phone should be shipping soon? If so, that is pretty fast.
They do come from China but t mobile sends it out from Kentucky.

- 11/08 (Yesterday) at 7:30am CC got a pending charge from tmobile for the phone
- 11/08 around 10am the tmobile website shows "partially preorder", estimate doesn't change
- 11/08 2:30pm website change status from pre-order to shipped with tracking number info, estimate still shows 11/10 - 12/01
- 11/08 around 10pm UPS pick up the phone and I can start tracking the delivery through the ups website "in transit", estimate shipping in the tmobile website still shows the original estimate date, while ups website says delivery between 11am and 3pm next day.
-11/09 (today) 7:36am destination scan L.A.
Hopefully the driver will get on his way to me I should receive my phone in (2 - 5) hours from now.
