The space grey 64gb must be very popular , I ordered on October 30th and still says being processed, this is becoming very annoying,I knew I should never have switched from att to tmobile,, looks like att shipping is moving faster than tmobile

Since I didnt pay much attention on my first order, once your credit card has a pending charge, how long until you start to see some kind of movement? Thanks in advance.
 
I ordered yesterday not knowing that they would charge my card today but I don’t get my deposit until Wednesday. I’m so mad. They said I have 5 days until my order is actually cancelled which is great.
 
Shippping date updated to 11/13-15 and my card was charged shipping (I did JOD)!! It’s happening!

I ordered 64GB silver on nov 3rd in the morning. Card got charged nov. 6th and got shipping confirmation the night of nov. 6th. Got my phone November 8th

Shipping dates on the Tmobile site seem to be getting better. I have a 256gb Space Gray on order with 12/01-12/20 and I see the explore site is now showing "Ships 11/16/17 - 11/27/17" (hoping my order will update soon!)
 
Order a 64 GB Silver iPhone X on 11/12. Today (11/13) my card was charged for the down and taxes. Original shipping date was 11/17-11/27.

My estimated ship date is 11/10/2017 to 12/01/2017,, I ordered on October 30th ,64gb space grey ,, it just seems like everybody else is getting their phones earlier ordering after me, especially silver
 
estimated shipping went down to 11/13-11/15! Don’t know how valid this is though as it still hasn’t shipped but man am i happy if it’s true
 
Update: my estimated ship date is now November 13-15 on the tmobile app but my card hasn't been charged yet,,when does the card get charged?
 
Is T-Mobile tracking down? Mine has been showing "Being Processed" but when I click in to see details it shows an error message.

yea, I think it is down,on the tmobile app I was lucky enough to see that my shipping date changed but no other info besides that, I think their system may be down

Please contact your primary account holder to perform this action" from the mobil app.

this is what i see. although it’s weird since in the details it shows the old shipping dates. where it says UPS is where i used to get the error message

Now that my ship date is November 13-15, what's next? Do we get a text message or something or an email or does the phone just show up in a couple days? Lol,
