Taking Orders for FPS Benchmarks with Games

I have first generation Mac Pro and I have max settings on Bioshock. There is a significant lag but not in window mode. What are optimal settings with 3gbs of ram.

can anyone try Left 4 dead on macbook aluminum? i wanna see how the settings go xD

Try 1440x900 with aa off and max setting but put shader to medium.
