Tech 21 for iPhone 6+

I found them (tech 21 evo mesh for iphone 6 plus) at an Apple Store here in MD. They have the blue, pink and smoke/red. It's not yet available in their online store. Will check again in a few weeks if they have the smoke/black.

Yes it comes with a holster but it's VERY difficult to remove and get back into the holster. Most of the time I use without a holster.

Some things I don't like about the Patriot; difficult to remove and get back into holster. For me you need 2 hands to remove and put back into holster. The back camera opening is a little too big. There's a bit too much space between the Patriot screen and the iPhone screen but I'm getting used to it.

Things I like; for a rugged protective case it's a pretty nice looking case compared to other rugged cases on the market. It's the type of case that for me I can rock on the weekends when I'm not working cause it's a nice looking case for a rugged protective case. Yes a rugged case will add bulk but compared to the likes of the Otterbox it's slimmer and more attractive.My co workers iPhone 6 in an Otterbox Defender looks like an iPhone 6 plus compared to my iPhone 6 in my Patriot. It's more dust proof and water resitant than the Ottherbox. I feel more comfortable with the water resistance and dust proofness of the Patriot compared to others on the market. The quality of the case is pretty good. Has a very nice grip and feels great in the hand.

I agree, the holster is a pain in the butt. I like the case, but I don't really use the holster.
 
I got the Evo Mesh in smoke/red yesterday and I really like it. Feels nice, good protection and still very slim. I bought the Evo bumper the day before and hated it. It didn't fit well at all and didn't feel all that great either. I like the mesh so much more. I have been using the black Apple leather case for the past few months, and I think I'll switch back and forth between these two. The smoke and red looks a ton better on the phone than it does by itself too. I do wish the fit was a bit tighter at the bottom of the phone, but it's not bad.

Did you order it online from Apple, or did the Apple Store have them?

I am in love with this case. I spent extra to have it shipped over from the UK since the cover version for the 6 Plus isn't sold here in the States (I didn't want the wallet version with the clip that's sold here because I wanted easy access to the phone when opening and closing the cover).

The case feels great and I was really surprised at how little bulk it added to the phone. The cover doesn't lay completely flat behind the phone when it's open but I think that might change with time as it gets used more, it already feels looser and flatter in the week that I've been using it.

I'm using it with the Spigen Flex screen protector and it fits really well. Sorry for the poor picture quality, I took them on my iPad :)

I picked up the tech 21 tactical today at BB. It was between that or the Thule X3

probably not the best idea but still. anyway, i bought the smokey classic and it fits greats, no button problems and the slightly extra width doesnt bother me

interestingly, this is exactly what the tech guy at my wife's office uses. Picking up an evo mesh today to take a shot at it. If I like it I will return my Thule for it

Bought and returned many cases. The Evo Mesh is a keeper.
 
Finally got my Tech 21 evo mesh case for 6 plus! Superfast shipping from the apple online store. Ordered wednesday was out for delivery friday. Initial impressions: very slim case (than my incipio dual pro), lightweight, "lip
is not as high as expected- I'm afraid if phone falls face down glass may crack. I do have a screen protector. and the opening for the speakers, lightning connector and earphone jack are somewhat bigger and more open towards the back.

Overall, a good case.

If anyone is interested in this color, here's the Tech21 Evo Mesh in Blue/Gray. Looks even better in person. I think it's a tad darker than what some of the pictures show. Looks sharp.

The gray surround is subtle and blends well with the blue. It probably would look just as great with a black iPhone.

Doesn't that case make the phone uneven when laid down?
 
do you feel the case is not very tight fit, you can squeeze a bit when you holding the case, or just me?
