I think you were unlucky or order bands that they are having trouble with in their production line. From my orders below seems as band orders are now starting to be filled immediately.

38mm BSB ordered 11/4 delivery due May
Updated to 25/5 to 2/6 (2-3 weeks)
Updated to shipped 9/5 etd 12/5

38mm WSB ordered 7/5 delivery due May
Updated to 25/5 to 7/6 (2-4 weeks)
Updated to shipped 9/5 etd 12/5

You must be lucky then, I ordered a black sports band & a white sports band on 26/4 was given may as delivery date, & now have a time scale of 22/5 - 29/5

It depends on location. I've seen plenty of European and Australian orders for the WSB after the 4/10 opening day and get theirs. In the US, like mine, orders on 4/10 for the WSB are still in processing. :/

Delivery date of the 11th - no band.

Poor showing from Apple. They should be sending these out via courier and not leave it in the hands of the postal service.

Still nothing here band wise. Orders for 2 sport bands for me and 2 sport bands for the wife are stuck in Processing hell.

So I thought a brown leather band would be nice and ordered one of those and Apple canceled my order for "exceeding quantity limits."

Can anyone please point me to the place where the it states that band orders are limited?

FWIW, an Apple Chat rep told me it was a 2 watch / 4 band limit. He couldn't direct me to where that information is detailed on their site. We obviously know the 2 watch limit wasn't enforced so I'm surprised they are actually enforcing the 4 band limit.

Indeed. Very disappointing, poorly managed launch and very poor availability of products. Still waiting as well, although my CC was charged on the 6th!

I made the mistake of not ordering a milanese right away. I figured they would be in store a few weeks after launch. Just put my order in last night. It's going to be a looooong wait. They'll probably be in store's first.

Same here. I received my watch and my husband's watch on 4/24 since we pre-ordered early, but I didn't order my 38mm milanese until 4/25. The only status I've had is it's available to ship in May. I'm assuming I won't see it until the end of May / early June.

I originally wanted to see it in person first so I ordered my SS with the Black Sports Band. I still haven't seen it in person. At least I got my watch on launch day, a lot of people weren't so lucky.

I'm really starting to wonder if Apple bit off a little more than they could chew. There are 6 different band styles, 5 of them come in both 38 & 42 mm, and all with the exclusion of metal bands & CB come in at least 4 different colours.

Even if the factory(ies?) capabilities are say 1000 of each band a day, that's not nearly enough to meet demand. And the 1000 bands a day, might be a generous estimate too. One has to wonder why Apple wasn't stockpiling bands prior to launch.

If this thread is any representation of the actual sales data then we might be in for a long, long wait. There has been zero movement outside the X1:00 range from April 10th!

That being said, Apple's estimate is for me to receive my BB LL by the end of the month at the earliest. Seeing as virtually zero progress has been made, I have no idea who's kidding who.

Hoping for a miracle!

I'm getting a refund on the Black Sports band and I've cancelled my Milanese Loop as well - just going to wait it out until they actually have bands in store or there are third party bands that are easily available.

Disappointed.

Any UK guys have a band despatch by postal delivery last week with an arrival date of today?

My black band with SS pin was due to arrive today but didn't.

Yeah my blue band hasn't arrived and Apple can't track it. They're gonna post me a replacement and said to post back if I receive 2 of them.

I'm exactly the same - 42mm BSB ordered on 10th April, dispatched on the 6th May with an 11th May estimate - no sign of the band. Spoke to Apple via online chat to query the delay and they said it will likely be another 48 hours! I asked why my delivery window had slipped and they hadn't met the stated delivery date, and got this answer:
"It is just due to the postal delivery times not being as accurate as ours". Doesn't make any sense, and quite frankly even standard post shouldn't take longer than 4 potential delivery days.

They said if it doesnt arrive by Wednesday, then they will send another one out and then it will be by courier

Should I buy a 38mm Milanese loop now, or wait for them to be in stores. Does anyone know how long it should take, it says may on their website.

38 is May-42 is June

you can always cancel 48hrs before the start of the shipping if you find one in a store.

I'd order just now and wait 4-5 days for an actual delivery window

I ordered one on the 10/5 .Do you really think I'll get a delivery window soon ?
