Just got my black leather loop delivered, to go with the SG SBS already received.

Like the colour match -think it looks really good.

BUT not convinced overall. Also, the Large strap is too big (see slight overlap).

Did measure my wrists, and thought I'd be comfortably in the Large camp.

Aside from the size overlap, looks pretty good! I ordered a black leather loop to go with my 42mm SG. Also ordered a Milanese loop to give it a try, though it has a lovely "June" shipping window.

Come on Apple, these are bands, start making more!!

Plenty of deliveries this afternoon!

All the spare bands I ordered were delivered today. The 42mm link bracelet is every bit as nice as the one on my Omega Planet Ocean. The fact that it can be resized without any tools is icing on the cake.

Both the 38mm and 42mm black sports bands showed up as well. (One for me, one for my wife.)

I've attached a couple of photos.

I ordered a sport band but gosh I really like the actual box the link band comes in lol. I wonder if they would just sell me an empty box so it can hold my modern buckle band on the days I decide to use my sport band.

Who needs an Apple Watch if you've got a the Black Leather Loop, Magnetic Closure, 42MM Medium size? Maybe I can get one of those dummy plastic Apple Watches for my wrist so I can at least show off the band in the meantime.

Just received the black leather loop. It's much more comfortable than the black sport band. I am surprise how plasticy the leather feels, but that also makes me believe it will be more durable and resist moisture better. It also has an automotive leather smell.

Nothing like that new car smell! (Have to take a closer smell at mine later today.)

A note of interest is the city of Arzignano, Italy, is home to some large tanneries which produce high end automotive products (at least from what I have read). There are hundreds of small tanneries, but I doubt any could handle the numbers that Apple requires.

If anyone hears of a tear (literally) down of one of these bands, I'd be very interested in reading about it. It's very hard to picture how they've designed this band.

I love the milanese on the sport! I hoped I would, but dang, I'm in love! Now just to wait for my pink sport and my band collection will be complete!

Finally got my black sport band delivered. I'm my opinion this is the best combo for the silver sport. A reason why you have to pay extra for. I think you may able to wear it with a suit but for sure business casual.

Another pic. 38mm on 60mm wrist. I may switch it for the stainless pin instead.

What time did you order that link bracelet? That picture is the best I've seen of it so far and makes me really anxious to get mine!

Thanks!

I ordered the link bracelet by itself as a separate order after the watch. The confirmation email came in at 3:25am EDT on April 10th. The bracelet flipped to Preparing for Shipment on May 5th, shipped on the 6th and it was delivered around noon today, the 8th.

Best of luck to you! Hope yours gets delivered soon. It's really a nice setup.

Charged for my exchange Milanese loop last night. Shipped today from Harrisburg PA and the UPS website says I should be receiving it by May 15th. Not bad for a June Delivery band.

Wait... this may be a dumb question and unrelated to this thread, but how did you get the time to show like that in the upper right? That doesn't appear to be an option for that complication.

Edit: Nevermind! World clock options.

Any Milanese June'rs in here? Need support for my long wait :(

Seriously feel your pain! I'm a Juner for my Milanese as well. Why can't Apple get their business in order? There are 3rd party band member that are shipping today. Surely Apple can ramp up production more quickly on an already developed product.

Post if you get any progress.

My medium black leather loop just shipped out via UPS Ground and should be here on the 13th. Pretty solid for an initial June quote! Can't wait to get a leather strap on as a replacement to the BSB. My girlfriend's 38mm is in the mail too and she wants a BSB so it worked out perfectly!

And the wait for any of my 3 sport bands seeing movement reaches another weekend. Not only didn't any of my orders get shipped, buy my generic May delivery has been changed to May 26 - June 1 -- taking away much of the hope I had for an early delivery.

Apple U suk!

I think you were unlucky or order bands that they are having trouble with in their production line. From my orders below seems as band orders are now starting to be filled immediately.

38mm BSB ordered 11/4 delivery due May
Updated to 25/5 to 2/6 (2-3 weeks)
Updated to shipped 9/5 etd 12/5

38mm WSB ordered 7/5 delivery due May
Updated to 25/5 to 7/6 (2-4 weeks)
Updated to shipped 9/5 etd 12/5

That is fast....must be only for 38mm bands....I've not seen anyone else with this fast of shipping.
