Yup. Nothing wrong with it, just nothing really different. Also, my eyes may be playing tricks on me but the one on the far left seems to have a gold/bronze metallic back panel.

Yeah, they're getting pretty damn big--that a full 12+ mm taller and 7 mm wider than a Moto X, my own personal sweet spot for size.
Yup, agreed.

I didn't like the Xperia Z1 and Lenovo P780 with the 4000 mAh battery because of their height. HTC One is a bit too tall for me as well although manageable enough for me. LG G2 is my max dimensions.

Moto X and Xperia ZR have the perfect ergonomics for me. We will now get to a point this year when 4.7 inch screen is now considered the mini version and midrange as seen with the G2 mini and Xperia M2.

With that all aside, I'm starting to look forward to the S5 announcement. I thought it was at 9am CET but I must have read it wrong. It is at night which is around 3am my local time.

I don't expect much from Samsung's external design. Probably plastic again seeing those leaked photos. What I really want to see is if they improved one of the ugliest Android custom skins ever with TouchWiz. HTC revamped their Sense last year and has a lighter footprint and cleaner look. Samsung's turn this year.

Is this the S5? Not crazy about the design. And does it really need to get bigger? Isn't that what the note is for?

Actually really looking forward to this. It will be interesting to see what Samsung have up their sleeves. I'll probably upgrade to the Note 4 at some point so it's nice to get a preview of some of the stuff it will have.

So far only LG and Huwawei have shown anything that interests me.

I like the back, if that is the S5. It looks premium. I also like the metal band.

What time is the announcement?

So it's at 7 pm in our time I think?

So judging by the most recent leaks Touchwiz looks like it remains the same and the magazine ux / my magazine feature is basically very similar to the one on the note 3 (a separate app basically)...

I still pray for a new touchwiz, but just don't believe were getting it. Were still getting a 6 year old dialer / contacts / messaging application by the looks of it. (based on icons alone).

And still looks like app drawer icon on the right :(

MWC has been lame so far. Nothing from Sony or anything to make me buy their products over the equivalent Samsung.

When the most interesting announcement so far being the Nokia X it does indeed look like MWC is a bit meh so far, with basically incremental changes from most manufacturers Z2, LG2 etc...
