Excellent quality. This one was $50. Wish the lugs matched the hardware though. Lugs are silver whereas the other hardware on the band is the aluminum gold color of series 3.

For $50 that isn’t acceptable. Otherwise it looks very nice.

ARCHER Watch Straps is reissuing their nylon 2pc nato for AW in a few weeks. I’m waiting for those. I think they will be around $20-$25.

My third party blue leather loop just came in from AliExpress. Good quality The color is a bit darker than I expected. Maybe too dark for my space grey but it’ll come in use later when I upgrade. This was 11 bucks shipped and I think it’s totally worth it at that price.

Looks great, was it from URVOI by any chance? My sport band from them just arrived and apart from feeling thinner it's the exact same dimensions of my Apple sport band, it looks amazing for £2.59.

I wonder how your leather loop compares to the Apple version.

They’re bad ass aren’t they? So cheap. The thinner part, yes, I think they make it clear though. Apple original uses flueroestamer or something and the knockoffs are either silicon or rubber. Doesn’t bother me. I use those for the gym anyway. If I need to “dress up” a sports band I always have the original. For 2 bucks I’m not complaining.

I’ll check the brand name of the blue leather loop for you. How it compares to Apple, no idea. All I know is that original apple leather loop where I Live is Usd 200 and I’m simply not paying that much. Period. This was 12 and good enough for me :)

I’ve actually got two leather loops now. The red one was a higher end knock off. I paid 50 for that and it IS actually a bit better than this one. Softer. Looks more leathery etc. Is it 35 bucks better probably not so my next one will be from this same company. I’ve also had the other one more than 8 months perhaps it’s broken in a bit.

I’ll get you the exact brand name and seller of both with a couple of side by side pics. I’m satisfied with the new blue. You simply can’t beat the price and if it falls apart in two months , simply replace it. I can buy twenty of these for the cost of one original.

Thanks! Its the radial kaleidoscope one. I found a red and black photo and turned it into a custom watch face from the photo share feature. From there just choose your options.

lol true. i would not spend that much money. i would rather get Apple OEM bands in that money!

If you don’t have many apple bands I would choose apple 100% of the time. For people like me who have had a watch since day one and already have every apple band they would ever wear, have moved on to high quality alternatives...

Has anyone found a good third party black Milanese loop band? I had a Moko in silver and it was amazing. Unfortunately they don’t seem to sell them anymore and I went with a BRG black Milanese loop and it’s only about half as thick as the Moko I had. It feels flimsy in comparison.

Does anyone know of a decent third party black band that is on par with Apple’s?

Thanks!

Plastic? You mean like actual hard plastic? No way. Mine may not be the best quality softest leather but it’s definitely not plastic.

Looks and feels like leather. Maybe I’m misunderstanding you. Do you mean some sort of synthetic leather like material? That I have no way of verifying.

Looks ok. But you can tell that the leather quality is average. You get what you pay for I suppose.

They also have the tattoo printed Marina Gala knockoff

The marine gala seems to be black not blue. And I guess you can choose black adaptors. I wouldn’t try to pass these off as original Hermes (usually I just like the band style and don’t see the value in paying crazy prices. With Hermes the quality is actually worth it) but they could work just for fun.

For anyone who’s seen the original Hermes versions of the rallye and esperon, are they really that wide in the original? Apples website has them with a much sleeker look , the urvoi version seems fat!

I’m tempted to order anyway just for research and review. I’ve got 15 bucks credit with the urvoi shop may as well use it. Will report back here when they arrive.
