Those cases are protect the casing of Watch. So many people make those comments know squat about the product lol. “Defense edge “

Yeah, it might protect the watch. But that protection comes with a downside: making the product ugly as hell. I prefer my Watch nice and clean, showing the design it was meant to have:

YlzyTPj.jpg

(and yes: that is a reflection of light, no: it is not a protector. It's sapphire, it doesn't need a protector. Not completely unlike the casing, that doesn't need a casing ;) )

edit: and in line of this topic, it is a third party link bracelet.

I’m just going type my reply for some reason it’s not quoting. You say that thi# person# is ugly. Well that’s your opinion is it not? Your parents obviously didn’t raise you right. Thi# is exact reason why I have left forum# in the past. Why I stopped postin here. Yes you have right opinion, but your opinion doesn’t have insult others. I obviously don’t know if it did insult them. And honestly I think yours Watch is ugly. I use one of these cases myself. I chose to because my Watch was a gift for my birthday from deceased family member. I prefer use these types of things for added protection because I don’t have ability to “ just go buy a new one”. Unless this is one of those if you can’t afford it I shouldn’t be allowed have it situations.

He was right... the case is ugly. And speaking of protection... I've had my Watch for over 2 years now... I wear it daily - all day, every day. Not a scratch, nick or mark on it. No ugly protective case, and, yeah, I've bumped on walls, door jambs, car doors plenty... still looks brand new... and beautifully naked, the way Apple intended.

The Watch would look better with bubble wrap compared to those bumper cases.

Expressing one's thoughts about what is or is not ugly is not a demonstration of rudeness or poor manners. It's being truthful. Likewise, disagreeing with another forum member does not make you "wrong" or insulting. You like these bumper cases. I think they're are ugly. Who's right and who's wrong? We both are. We are both correct in our own minds/opinions, and we are both wrong in the minds/opinions of the other side.

You stopped posting here because someone disagreed with you, or you took offense to someone's post as "insulting"? Grow thicker skin, stick around and discuss/debate the issues.

Wow, dude, calm down a bit. I never said anyone is ugly, I said that I didn't like the case on his watch. Who are you to judge on my parents raising methods? And why are you using all the hashtags? I did not insult anyone either, as far as I know.

Seems to me you didn't leave this forum because some people "weren't raised right", its just that you don't understand how a normal educated discussion on aesthetic aspects of product and product design works.

hm, the ceramic case makes the band look filthy/unclean. Can't get this band in the same white as the case? It not, it might be better to opt for a contrasting color.
i agree. I have it on today. looks like today will be the first and last day with it on.

The white and black looks much better

bruinsrme my post quotes on my iPad are not workin but just thought let you know what I did with my old band when I had 38mm. Had white band and like once every 2-3 week I use a mr clean magic eraser. Like 1.78$ at our walmart. Was official apple band though, dunno if the eraser would ruin 3rd party band or not. Just thought let you know in case you like that band a lot. If it’s dirty dunno If that’s original color.

The band is not pure white Shawn. It's "Antique White", that's different. You can't clean it in such a way that it becomes white. It is an off-white color.

Shawn the band on the watch is antique white (off white)/ black. the band on the ipad is the White/black.
The off white on the Ceramic looks horrible however think it would look decent on the space gray watch.

The White/Black band looks nice with the ceramic.
I like most bands with the ceramic with the exception of silver, gray and yellow. Oh yeah and off whites.

Still waiting for a dark red band.

Has anyone made a purchase from this site (matchmywatch)? Just over a week ago, I did and used PayPal and promptly the order displayed a payment error, despite the payment actually being processed. I've attempted to follow-up and have gotten ZERO replies from them (other than the initial auto-generated payment error email). If they did ship, it should arrive this week per initial shipment estimates. Otherwise, I'll dispute the charge.

Just looking to see if anyone else here has had a buying experience with them? Bands look great, FWIW, I'm just not sure it's a legitimate website.

Just want to follow-up...I did receive the band I ordered and I'm very happy with it. The business is located in France and they were on holiday when I submitted my order, which explains the delay in response to me.

If you wouldn't mind posting pics whenever you get a chance, that would be awesome! I've been eyeballing a couple of their designs myself. :)

And GO CARDS!

It looks great, I think that I could wear it with a suit or something fancy and it'd look great. The magnet is really strong, it stays in place. Oh and I paid only $10 for it.

Bought it here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Original-...ple-Watch-Sport-Edition-Series-2/261982443968

The only thing that bothers me is that the hook is somehow larger than the band so there is a gap between band and hook..you have to constantly re-position the band in that area and it will slide back again revealing the gap (like in the 3rd picture) there shouldn't be any gap there.I got the same band (or very similar) from amazon and returned it for this reason.

There are some EXCELLENT cheap watch band alternatives on Amazon.

I have tried a lot and not a single one has been excellent or just close to okay - there is some great ones out there but there is so much crap that it’s tough to find

Ok so here's what I'm looking for. I have a 38mm Space Grey (Aluminum) watch. I'm looking to add a crocodile leather strap. The combinations I want:

Black with yellow contrast stitching (think like Doc Marten boots)
Blue with white contrast stitching.

If someone can point me in the direction to go I would appreciate it thank you!

If you dont see something you like, email them. The owner, Jay, is amazing. And check out the cash covers. You can get one to match your watch strap.
