Could you measure this when you get it to confirm it is actually 1" wide as none of the after market Sport Loop bands I have seen are 1", they are all slightly thinner!

Sad to report that these, too fail to measure up... the bands are only 0.875" wide ... the item description on Amazon is incorrect. I have contacted the seller and Amazon about a refund.

My Urvoi Gen6 from UrvoiSZ store on Aliexpress arrived today along with the Velcro sport strap, black Milanese, and blue faux leather loop. All also from Urvoi. Very nice. Using on S3 sport.

How long did it take for delivery?

Good luck... unfortunately, I think that's Apple's web image, so what you get may not be that band. I've been burned a few times...
Yep got it today and doesn’t fit right and the color is off. Guess I get one from Apple.

I have one sports loop from Amazon https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0776VKNVZ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and while the I thought the quality was pretty good - though the band being narrower than the adapter was annoying at times sliding a bit back and forth - I was happy for the price.
Then I went to a local Apple store and looked at the official bands. Well - yes the official ones are 3 times the price - but the quality is not close. The Apple bands are thicker, wider and softer than the after market ones. The velcro fastener seems a bit different but definitely imbedded better into the band, so I would think less chance of pulling loose.
My issue with all the ones on Amazon and Ebay is they use Apple's photos instead of actual photos of their own bands, so you can't tell from the photos the width differences and the way the velcro fasteners look on the underside. A bit misleading - but again they are a third the price. You definitely get what you pay for.

Yeah, I agree. I have five million knockoff bands that I’m happy with, but I can’t deal with the narrow knockoff sport loops.

Here's a look at the Urvoi Milanese and Faux Leather loops. I prefer my new Urvoi link bracelet but both of these are nice. The Milanese is a good thickness, looks and feels nice. The leather looks great, feels nice, but noticeably stiffer than my genuine Apple leather loop. Both easily worth the money. The link bracelet awesome though.

Last week, I received the Milanese loop (silver), 6th Gen Link bracelet (silver), a black and a brown Classic Buckle leather band (2nd gen). Quality of all bands is very good (véry good!!). However, I suspect the leather not to be real leather, but I'm not sure. It is advertised as real calf leather. Then again, for $15,- it probably isn't... They look good though, real good.

Love the milanese loop, and the 6th gen bracelet is absolutely stunning. The only difference with the apple one is that the links don't get wider closer to the watch. All links are the same size.

Hi :) are you able to tell me where I can find this band? Are you happy with it?
Cheers

AliExpress, look for Urvoi:

My delivery took 1 to 2 weeks only.

I just realized the one I ordered from EBay is the same one I saw on amazon. It had bad reviews so I didn’t purchase it.

Hope you guys can help. I’m after a chunky black leather strap for my S3 42mm. Something like this, but in black:

Also, to anyone who has a strap like this, do you have any problems with the watch not making 100% contact with your skin? There’s a hole in this strap to allow watch-to-skin contact, but I can only imagine its not as reliable as a traditional strap.

Thanks!

Today I'm wearing the Urvoi Milanese, and let me tell you: it's great. The band is very flexible and the magnet is quite strong. The fit and finish is great, it feels real smooth and the magnetic tab has a little rubber band on it, which gives it just that bit of class.

Yeah, I have a really nice purple cuff band like that that I got on Etsy. It does lose contact and lock itself. I’ve neber had that issue with other bands.

I've noticed that you seem to really like Urvoi. Given your enthusiasm I decided to give them a shot and ordered the Milanese. Now I just have to make it through the long shipping time from China.

...you should look on Amazon - they have some pretty decent Milanese bands.

This one is one of the best I have found (don't have the band myself but 99% of reviews are positive!!):

;)

Problem with these is that they have a different design than the Apple ones (look at the weird round magnetic tab), whereas Urvoi tries very hard to copy Apple, in which they did a good job. And for only 10% of the Apple prices, Urvoi's got one happy shopper in me :D
