So ClockworkSynergy messed up my previous order so they gave me the 2 correct bands but allowed me to keep the wrong ones for free so now I have 4 straps instead of 2 :D

Band is kindof too narrow in width doesn't look good with the U-adapter. If the band was 23-24mm it would have looked much better. Oh well..

Yeah, it's funny how a millimeter or two can make a difference. Silly little millimeter.

In general I think Apple did a nice job with all the proportions of the face to the band.

Just a quick update with a utica like adapter. The few mm still kills it for me. I really love the buckle as it is adjustable to any length (no holes required)

Well. I got my Hoco 5 pointers bracelet today and it's fantastic! Adds a certain je ne sais quoi to the watch. I'm very impressed with it. It's heavy but not too heavy to feel the extreme weight on my wrist and makes the watch more elegant.
I won't deny I was hesitant in to buying it because some here think that is too masculine for a woman but there again, this girly girl has a tomboy inside her and I'm gonna rock this.
I've already got some 20 people on FB asking where to get one and how I like it.
Some are even asking for a review on it since I haven't made one in a while but if you've got a link for a review I can share with them, please hook me up since I stopped making video reviews a while ago so I rather spread other reviewers good stuff.

Also I received my Red Leather Loop from Aliexpress seller Sea Daughter and the bracelet is great. Went on a long hike today and I was keeping an eye on, if it ever became lose or if the connector part at the tip of the adapter would become uneven protruding out of the insertion part of the watch, but nada. Walla Ishi. Niente!

In another words, it held up pretty well and the entire time I wore it, I stayed tight and it didn't become lose at all having very strong magnets much as the original Apple LL original version.
My neighbor brought his so I was able to compare both LLs and the only difference thus far was the color.
These is it.

I really like this. I found a similar style on etsy that I've been thinking about ordering but have held off since it's from China, however, with the one below, they give you the ability to size it yourself. Might go with the option you posted since it's made in the USA and uses horween leather. Thanks for sharing.

I definitely recommend picking one up from Form Function Form. If you have any questions just email them, the owner is awesome at replying quickly.

The bottom part of the page for the watch band has more info on the fit and exchange/warranty.

After seeing all these beautiful red LL pictured around here I pulled the trigger and just ordered a 42mm red LL from the "Utica Guy". They're having a discounted sale for $40 so that, along with being located in the US, threw me over the edge ️. Thanks y'all for helping me lose a couple grams of weight!

Got home yesterday and managed to do some unpacking before tearing open the package with my red leather loop. Looks exactly like the pictures Jmona posted above, so I won't bother. I got the medium from ShenZhen HeartHua Technology Co., Ltd on AliExpress, http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Fash...Milanese-Loop-Watch-band-For/32366219239.html - where I see it's now come down $10 since I ordered. (Dang!)

The speed with which it arrived made up for the first two times I tried ordering this band from other sellers.

The magnet is strong, and the red is just plain beautiful. I'm a happy camper!

How do u like the black croco strap with red stitching? I got that one too but it looks and feel plastic to me. Also the deployment buckle clasp got loose onetime luckily I was sitting so the watch didn't fall out of my wrist.

I'm looking to get the loop for 42mm. Do you have the sports band? Would you say the loop is smaller or bigger than the sports? I'm using M/L and attached at 3rd to last hole. I'm just worry it won't fit since it says up to 185mm. Thanks

So in your opinion so far, the third party LL is almost identical to the Apple LL?

I think the sale is gone because now the only coupon applied is $1 off a purchase of $30 or more. Still that's better than what I payed Sea Daughter for my LL.

Nice! I got mine in the mail on Saturday. I tried it with the standard Apple type adapters and the link that attaches to it has notches in the backside (for the tools to pull the spring rod back?) that seem to lockup the last link and keep it from freely moving inside the adapter. So, I've ordered the spring rod adapter from freedom clock guy on eBay.

I also needed the tool kit for removing some links.

I agree, it's a beautiful band and HEAVY!

It sure would be really, really cool if ANDROID released a link for the band that would serve as the adapter to slide into the watch! Wouldn't it be nice to pay $20 for two links that matched your watch perfectly AND slid into the apple watch and blended with it???

(I may have to write ANDROID and make a suggestion.)

Well, yes and no.
You can tell the quality of the original model by Apple is more subtle and its softer. Not as rough on the edges as the Faux LL. now the magnets on mine sure are as strong as those of Apples original and that alone makes it worth it.
Now I didn't know how many manufacturers for these are out there but the one I got from Sea daughter for some reason looks a little redder than others posted before, and as mentioned the magnet is good in comparison to others' posters.
It is still a great band and for the price which is one third of the original, it's still a great investment.
I believe this one will last a very long time.
I even got it soaked yesterday while at the lake since my dogs decided to get in the water and at one point I had to go in to get my stubborn English Bulldog out the water cus she didn't want to get out, which was good because I got to test the band under water conditions and even then it held nicely. It's water resistant I can tell you that.

I'm looking to get the loop for 42mm. Do you have the sports band? Would you say the loop is smaller or bigger than the sports? I'm using M/L and attached at 3rd to last hole. I'm just worry it won't fit since it says up to 185mm. Thanks
I have the Apple Leather Loop, in Medium, and the pieces measure 180mm and just over 50mm. These lengths match up to the numbers I've seen for the 3rd party leather loops, and I haven't seen any that offer a choice between medium and large, so I'm guessing that all the current 3rd-party LL's are copies of Apple's Medium LL.

My wrist is just under 185mm, and I use the 3rd to last hole on the S/M sports band. The Apple LL in medium fits me perfectly; I wouldn't want it too much shorter (keeping in mind that you want a decent overlap so the magnets can do their thing). You could lay the S/M and M/L pieces of your sports band alongside each other to see how we compare. (Actually, looks like your wrist is about 25mm larger than mine, so perhaps 210mm?)

The picture below left shows how Apple's medium LL fits my wrist (their largest recommended for this size, it nicely doubles back over most of the underside of my wrist). Upper right is the band laid out with the amount of overlap it has when I'm wearing it, and below that, is the longest I could make it without feeling like it wasn't holding strongly enough. A bit longer than advertised (good safety margin), but only perhaps 15mm more.

If you want black with just a touch of color, I can confirm that this 24mm PVC strap in black with red contrast stitching works nicely with the Apple Watch and 42mm adapters (pics below). It says PVC rubber, and it has a sort of stippled surface texture; ends up feeling like rubberized cordura. Seller's other auctions have the same strap with contrast stitching in red, orange, yellow, blue, black, or white. And it's $16 shipped from California, so not a huge loss if you end up not liking it as much as I do.

When I got one of these for my other watch a ways back, it was a "Maratac Elite" strap, though I'm guessing that this is a case of Maratac relabeling these straps, rather than these being a copy.

The adapters, by the way, 42mm gray spring bar adapters from freedomoclock09 (aka Utica guy), work great. Color isn't quite perfect (on a SGS), but you have to look at the side of the watch to see that. They have "drilled lugs" (the hole for the pin extends to the outside) so you can easily get straps on and off by pushing the included (quite decent) spring bar tool (or the end of a paper clip) into the hole.

Thank you! Looks like I can't buy this loop. Most seller with loop says up to 185mm. Sucks for me cuz I like the loop band. Maybe in future they can make the L version like apple do. Thanks for helping out!

I won't deny I was hesitant in to buying it because some here think that is too masculine for a woman but there again, this girly girl has a tomboy inside her and I'm gonna rock this.
Speaking as a guy who frequently sports a mint green silicone band on his analog diver's watch, I say go for it. Wear what makes you happy, leave the hang ups about masculinity vs. feminity to other people. If it has any affect on others, it will be to attract people who find the real you interesting.

Also I received my Red Leather Loop from Aliexpress seller Sea Daughter and the bracelet is great...

I think the red looks great, and it's the one I've been considering. Ought to be a nice contrast on a SGS. I've mostly been concerned with, does it get the tiny mechanical connector bits right for the lock. Sounds like they did a reasonable job. Thanks for the review and pictures.
