I just got my Crown & Buckle 24mm habitue band today. I personally like the contrast between the polish on the watch case and buckle vs. the matte finish of the shaved calf leather.

Just ordered the new Hoco Stainless that aims to replicate the Apple one. I'll post pics once it arrives :)

The Happy Cells had so-so reviews early but the later reviews looked better when I bought. But I do see a few bad reviews. Still they are averaging 4 stars.

I'm wearing my black LL from HappyCell now and have for more than 3 weeks. Working great for me. 5 stars from me. See my review in the leather loop thread.

Just a word of caution to anyone intending to use Inkoo999 on eBay...

I ordered the Blue Leather Loop in 42mm size on the 10th September and it was delivered as described on the 15th (albeit without my name on the packaging which caused confusion in my office!). The problems started when I got it home and put the strap on my watch only to find out it was the 38mm version I had been sent as there were gaps visible and the top piece was too short (in comparison to the measures on their advert).

I flagged this up to them straight away and they replied asking for photos as evidence. No problems with that and sent them some images straight away. The real problem came when they replied to me saying I would need to send the band back to them first at my expense and only then, when they have inspected it, will they send out the correct band??? Surely as it was their clear mistake and I sent through photos to prove this, for these low value items they would immediately send out a replacement and deal with the return afterwards? Or is that just me with a completely unrealistic idea of good service?

The quality of the band is actually quite good, so as long as you are prepared to accept some dodgy customer service and a lottery as to whether you get the right version, it may be worth ordering.

I suspect there are people supplying the same quality though with significantly better service to go with it...

I won't deal with them again. They sent me an obviously defective ML, and then I had to provide photos as evidence and return it at my own expense. I did eventually get a refund, but why bother? The band may have been cheap, but my time is also worth something.

I wish I had known of their policy before I decided to use them as there are so many options and different people to buy from. I based it on some reasonable feedback on here about the quality of the bands and to be fair the quality seems OK on initial inspection. I just cant understand why they want to operate this way with low value items. It's surely not worth the bad publicity to them, why they don't send out replacements straight away once they have seen photos of the problem, I'll never know. At worst for them its £19.99 lost if they never get the other one back (although I'm sure most people will be genuine and send it back) against the now negative feedback I have left them on eBay and on here...!

So for me I am now £19.99 out of pocket, have a band that is the wrong size and have to find the time to post it back to them and wait for them to send the correct on out to me. If you can find an alternative I would go with them as its not worth the hassle!!!

Does anyone know a local Designer Leather Shop anywhere in Eastern Ohio or Western Pennsylvania? I like to get my hands on leather in person before I buy. Plus I hate waiting for products to ship. ;) It would be nice to travel around a bit to see whats available locally.

I've bought some adapters in rose gold for my Gold AWS and a new leather band.
Quite happy with the result on my very tiny wrist

Sweet, I just checked google and Summit Mall is only about an 1.5 hours North of me. I'll head up there this weekend some time. Do they have a large variety of leather bands?

Yes they do ..actually they are a watch company and they sell bands but make sure you buy the 24 mm bands if you have the 42 mm Apple Watch plus the mall has the Apple Store inside too if you want to look around.
