The- I Just Got a New iMac and It's PERFECT - thread

We had been planning on ordering a 21" iMac with our tax return. I had only initially heard about the problems with the 27" model, so I though we were in the clear. Then, I started reading that they were both problematic and I started worrying. Keep in mind, we just bought 2 brand new Toyotas in the fall, and i don't have to tell you what's happening there! I started to panic.

I didn't notice any problems and, after doing the grey bar tests, I think I'm still good. Hard to tell, though. It feels like one of those optical illusions after awhile.

Anyway, no noises here. That's for sure. If there is a tint issue, it's obviously not enough to bother me. There seems to be a lot of "not sure" responses. The color test could be a little more conclusive, I think.

I really wish that wouldn't have persuaded you. I couldn't imagine a smaller screen. When walking into the store I was having my doubts but, when seeing the 21 next to the 27 that was it, I knew I had to have it. But congrats on the good system!!! Welcome to the club
