Strange that I just got a severe weather warning even though it's in Germany and not Hong Kong.

Anyone else got this?

My local store had them so I just bought one there and called to cancel my online order. This machine is ridiculously fast; especially coming from a 2008 MBP.

It's almost here! :) Estimated delivery day is still Thursday, although it's only a few kilometres away from me. Still hoping it will come tomorrow.

so last friday i BTO the new 15'. I cxd the order over the weekend and walked into my local apple store to get a 15' 2.8/16/1tb. Whole process took ten minutes. This thing is a beast. now to put it through the trial period to see if i actually love it more than my 13.

What? where do you live, I asked my Apple store if they had the 2.8GHz versions and they only carried the stock versions.

Kal.

I ordered a 15" base model from BestBuy last night. Site said to order by 8 to pick up before closing but I didn't get the pickup notice. Hopefully it will be ready by opening because I'm gonna be there at 10AM to pick it up.

I haven't had a MBP since 2010 so I figured this was the time to get one.

I've been using a Surface Pro 3 since November and I'm a little bored with it. It will be nice to have a new toy.

Mine must have been on the same flight. It left Germany this morning bound for London and the tracker says it'll be delivered by the end of today. I can't see that happening really, but fingers crossed it'll arrive tomorrow.

No chance, all fly are cancelled today in belgium for a moment...

I can still hope it made it out before the electrical failure happened right? It made it from China to Germany via Korea, Kazakhstan & Poland in a single day, surely it can make it the last little bit today. :(

If not I'm blaming the Belgians.

Edit: Planes flying over at more than 24.5k feet are unaffected! :D
