So theoretically, any Beta will always have a beta build.
No, there have been many times where 14G53 would be seeded, and that would become the final when released to the public. 9.2 and 9.2.1 are ones that i know of directly.

So then those betas would not have the Feedback App etc?
I dont remember. This was either before the feedback app, or they did not have the feedback app. As long as the feedback app is in the build, it will not be the final build for public release as the public does not get feedback.

The Feedback app is placed there by the beta profile.

Try it out; remove the beta profile and you'll notice the Feedback app goes away.

I can't try it out as I'm not on 10.3.3, but I do distinctly remember the feedback app being there when I removed the profile for 10.1. I even used it to report the Safari keyboard bug after I removed the profile.

You very well could be right and mine glitched. I can't prove it as its been 6 months.

Everytime I removed a beta profile, the feedback app was removed.

BTW, have you had some time with IOS 11 B2? How is it?
Its not "terrible". Beta 1 was much better for me. I am having app store issues like crazy. Clearing apps out of my task tray on iPad is really glitchy. Definitely less stable in terms of overall use. A downgrade from beta 1 in my honest opinion.

I have grown to like the control center though. I thought it was really ugly, but its functional.

Agree, Apps reopen when ever i try to close them, it takes two to three tries to clear multitasking bar. Really glitchy
