The iOS 10.x.x Beta Speculation Thread

Beta 2 is horrible wont let me open so many apps, i wish waa today but will be next week back to 2 week cycle
 
It seems we are definitely back to the 2 week cycle for the time being, next Tuesday is probably the most likely because of the holiday Monday.

But Apple is not closed on Presidents day correct? Not sure why that would matter. Unless they are mailing the update and since the post office will be closed.....well.... no one would get it then :)

Its still a Federal Holiday. No update has been released on a Federal Holiday, beta or public. (Except Martin Luther King Jr. Day once.)
 
I'd say a pretty good chance today (as we would be into the 3rd beta), but if not, then likely next Tuesday.

I seriously doubt Valentine's Day would be a reason to not release a beta. What, all the roses and candy get in the way of the Master Beta Release Switch (MBRS)?
